Country Sunshine Chili Cheese Bake: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 4

Prep time:45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 4 oz canned mild diced chilis

  • 5 tablespoon melted butter

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix baking powder, flour and dry mustard. Beat in eggs. Blend in remaining ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Grease casserole dish and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until center is firm and top is browned.
