Americus Garden Inn's Pecan Muffins: Bread

Ingredients:

• 

  1 cup brown sugar

• 

  1/3 cup flour

• 

  pinch salt

• 

  1 cup chopped pecans

• 

  2 eggs, beaten

• 

  1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil or spray muffin pans generously. Mix by hand just until moist.

Step 2:

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from pans IMMEDIATELY.

Step 3:

Yield: 24 mini muffins
