Sausage Cheese Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  9" pie crust

• 

  3/4 cup Ground pork

• 

  1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

• 

  2 eggs

• 

  1 tablespoon flour

• 

  1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

• 

  1/4 teaspoon pepper

• 

  pinch garlic salt

• 

  1 can Evaporated milk

Step 1:

Brown sausage, place in bottom of pie crust. Layer cheese over sausage.

Step 2:

Mix remainder of ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until center is firm. Freezes well and can be reheated easily.
