9E Ranch Eggs: Main Dish

Ingredients:

  10 eggs

• 

  1/4 cup milk

• 

  1/2 cup cheese

• 

  1/2 cup chopped ham

• 

  2 T. butter

Step 1:

Mix eggs, milk and butter. Season to taste with salt pepper, etc and pour into 6 small baking dishes

Step 2:

Sprinkle ham and cheese on top

Step 3:

Bake about 25 minutes, untill cheese begins to brown and puff up.
