French Bread Pudding: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 12

Prep time:1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 Loaf French Bread

  • 10 Eggs

  • 2 cups Milk

  • 1 cup Butter

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 cup syrup

Step 1:

Grease 9 X 13 pan.

Step 2:

Break up 1/2 half of loaf of french bread into chunks and place into pan.

Step 3:

Cube and place cream cheese on top of bread in pan, and then break up remaining french bread on top.

Step 4:

Mix eggs, milk, syrup, and melted butter together and pour on top of bread in pan.

Step 5:

Place in refrigerator overnight. Take out approximately 30 minutes before baking in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. If top starts to get to brown cover with tin foil. Cut and place on plate and serve with syrup, or hot strawberry sauce. Yummy!!!!!
