Silver Award Blueberry Cake Muffin: Bread

Ingredients:

  4 cups Yellow cake mix

• 

  1/2 cups Flour

• 

  1 1/4 cups Water

• 

  1 Egg

• 

  3 tablespoons Oil

• 

  3 cups Blueberries

• 

  3/4 cups Whole Oats

• 

  1/4 cup Flour

• 

  1 1/4 cups Whole Oats

• 

  1 cup Brown Sugar

• 

  1 teaspoon Cinnamon

• 

  1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 

  3/4 Stick Butter (melted)

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 Use baking cups sprayed with oil

Step 2:

MUFFIN BATTER Blend first 7 Ingredients. Fill baking cups almost full - not heaping.

Step 3:

CRUMBLE TOPPING Blend last 6 Ingredients. Cover with Crumble Topping lightly pressed on Bake 30 - 35 min.

Step 4:

Freezes well. Crumble Topping is great on pancakes and French Toast as well.
