    Near Cedar Point & Sandusky, Lake Erie Island ferries(less than 30 minutes), Norwalk Raceway Park, Firelands Museum, Edison's Birthplace, six wineries, birding and antiquing. Specialty shops, restaurants, Day Spa, Firelands Museum within 15 min. walk. In 2012 received its eleventh prestigious AAA Four Diamond award. A 1906 Georgian style mansion with over 9000 sq ft is located on 1.3 acres in the architecturally-rich West Main Street Historic District near other large estates. The spacious mansion provides guests with plenty of privacy -- 4 well appointed guest rooms (all with walk in closets and one room large private balcony overlooking gardens and landscape pond). Lovely Victorian and nautical artworks in plush surroundings. Guests are encouraged to use the 5 public rooms, and 2 patios plus stroll through great gardens (appeared on cover page of "Ohio Magazine") with pond and waterfalls. A serene and romantic getaway for bridal couples, an anniversary, vacationing or anyone wishing a quiet getaway with that special person or friends. Great spot for four couples who wish to play golf or have a small reunion of friends / family. Very elegant, yet warm and comfortable.

Gardens appeared on the cover page of "Ohio Magazine" in August 2002 addition and featured in article "Garden Getaways. AAA Four Diamond Lodging with elegant, yet cozy four guest rooms plus there are five spacious public rooms guests may use. One room, Lady Anne, has private balcony overlooking gardens and small pond, stream and waterfalls. Wicker furniture makes the balcony a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a soft drink or glass of wine while you view the full rear gardens and pergola. One can use the Ohio Turnpike also off I-480 west as shown above.
