baked pa dutch oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  4 cups oats

• 

  1 egg

• 

  1 cup milk

• 

  1/2 tsp. salt

• 

  1 cup brown sugar

• 

  1 tablespoon baking powder

• 

  1 tsp. cinnamon

• 

  1 tsp vanilla

• 

  1/2 cup nuts and dried fruit

• 

  1 cup veggie oil

Step 1:

mix all wet ingredients together in bowl

Step 2:

in a seprate bowl mix all dry ingredients

Step 3:

mix both bowls together

Step 4:

bake covered with foil for 45 minutes at 375 remove foil and bake another 10 minutes
