Shrimp Egg Drop Soup: Soup

Servings: 3

Prep time:10 mins

Ingredients:

  • quart chicken broth

  • 12 frozen peeled shrimp

  • tsp soy sauce

  • tsp sesame oil

  • lg egg, beaten with 1 T water

  • 2 green onion tops/chopped

Step 1:

Boil chicken broth.

Step 2:

Add shrimp until it turns pink. Take out of broth with slotted spoon.

Step 3:

Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Take off heat.

Step 4:

Pour in beaten egg. Wait 2 minutes and stir.

Step 5:

Serve with shrimp and green onions.
