The Guesthouse is the restored original Dendy Homestead. The house was built over and incorporated the original "shotgun" cabin and was completed in the 1920's. The Guesthouse is 2300 sq. ft. of living area. A master bedroom and large luxury bath, a media room for your video and audio pleasures, a second story with North and South widows porch gives a relaxing views of the Ioni Valley. The Guesthouse is a whole house rental: by the day, weekend, week or month. The Guesthouse will easily accommodate 8 persons. It boasts a complete country kitchen with dining amenities.
