In Summer, our gardens are in full swing. Pictured here alongside our barn is the children's garden, one of many gardens that we invite you to enjoy. Sample fresh peas or juicy ripe strawberries right from the patch. Inquiries about our 100+ perennials are always encouraged. And,if so inclined, weeding is always appreciated! Summer is also the time of the Vermont Quilt Festival located just 10 minutes from Johnnycake Flats. Two of the innkeepers have had award winning entries! And, if you're into bicycling, Johnnycake Flats is a great staring point for some of the best routes.
