Most guests choose to eat breakfast in this spacious kitchen dining area which overlooks the valley (large groups may want to use the formal dining room). A unique selection of antique baskets hang from the vaulted ceiling. Chat with June and John as they prepare a delicious meal made from fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs grown on the farm. Some guest favorites include apple-cranberry muffins, vegetable cheddar omelets, creamy scrambled eggs with herbs, spinach-roasted red pepper frittata, fresh red raspberries with cream, baked parmesan potatoes, red raspberry streusel and wholesome buckwheat pancakes with real NY maple syrup.
