I have been going back to the Lancaster-Lititz-Manheim area for the past several years to visit family. I stayed in four other B&Bs in the area before finding the Manheim Manor. Now I would not consider staying anywhere else. Nice rooms, quiet street, very nice Innkeepers, and an outstanding breakfast. Doesn't get any better!

This was my first visit--came with some friends who have been coming sometimes multiple times a year, and I've heard nothing but great things. Laureen and Todd have set the bar very high...I don't know that I'll ever enjoy another b&b as much. Ok, maybe that's an exaggeration, but I've never experienced this level of service at this price point. The hosts are gracious, friendly, and funny. The house is lovely--I can tell that care has been taken to preserve the look and feel of the era, as well as to remodel. The bed in the Ribbons and Romance room was comfy; our friends stay in the Emerald room every year, and they never complain either. All of the small courtesies were a surprising touch and were much appreciated (the spirits and chocolate in the bedrooms, and the complementary wine and snacks in the evening kept conversations flowing between strangers in the common room). The breakfasts were above and beyond what I expected--Todd has a gift. The food (breads and quiche and potatoes and bacon and french toast and other etcs) was delicious and even well-presented. The house--at least while we were there--had a community feel, but is large enough, and there are enough nooks and crannies that you can definitely keep to yourself if you want to. It was also nice to be able to borrow a book from their library while I was there. I'm looking forward to the next visit wherein I'm sure to put on another couple pounds. Pro tip: Be sure to check out the town of Lititz during your stay. Bring money.

Returned to the Manor for our family reunion. We booked the whole Manor. Todd and Lorraine were most gracious and helped us get some cooking completed for the day. As a family we really enjoyed our carefree time together gathering in the living room and savoring our delicious breakfasts! Much nicer stay than a hotel for sure.

The inn keepers are very personable and become like friends before the end of your stay. If you need anything they do their best to accommodate you. Excellent rooms and wonderful homemade breakfast with wine and snacks in the afternoon at a standard hotel rate for the area. Why would you stay anywhere else?

This was our second stay with Todd and Laureen, with a few years between visits and we have come to very much appreciate the things done at Manheim Manor. The wine with cheese, salami, and homemade pickles every evening, sodas, coffee and tea available at all times, a decanter of Sherry in your room. Let's not forget the breakfast! Delicious, large and all homemade. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and ours, while small, had a private porch and entrance. We were right next to the kitchen, but there was no noise, only the joyous smell of bacon to waken us in the morning!

It was very quaint. Laureen and Todd, the innkeepers, were spectacular. They were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Todd's scones were fabulous and his spinach with goat cheese quiche was unforgettable.

MMM! It was wonderful waking up to the smell of the bacon cooking! Todd is an awesome chef, whose breakfasts were delicious! He knew we needed it, and kept the coffee flowing through the day. A bride, groom and a small group of family and friends who were in town for their wedding, we "took over the place" for a long weekend. Todd and Laureen were such gracious hosts, we felt as if we were being spoiled by the closest of friends or family members! They were ready, willing and able to help with anything we needed and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome. Rooms were neat and clean. We loved spreading out and hanging out in the dining room and parlor- lots of space for packing gift bags and relaxing! The back yard is lovely! Carriage house with pool table and dart board provided additional fun and relaxation for "the troops!" I can't say enough good about Manheim Manor B&B! I would highly recommend staying there!

We had a nice one-night stay at Manheim Manor. Laureen and Todd were very friendly and Todd makes a great breakfast! Todd upgraded our room which we thought was a very nice gesture. We will be back again, hopefully next time for two nights!

My husband and I first stayed at Manheim Manor just a few weeks before our wedding in October 2010. We were impressed by its cozy atmosphere, and the friendliness of the owners far exceeded our expectations. This October, we returned for our fourth anniversary after learning we were expecting our second child. We were pleased that we were able to book a one-night stay on a Saturday considering most B&B's require a two-night stay on weekends. The afternoon happy hour complete with snacks is lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the French toast with orange cinnamon syrup on Sunday morning. The rooms are nicely appointed, and we enjoyed touring the backyard garden and sitting in the enclosed patio off our room. The proximity to the Renaissance Faire, Lancaster, and Lititz makes this a charming spot for a getaway. Highly recommended!
