    The Harry Packer Mansion Inn is located just steps away from historic downtown Jim Thorpe, Pa. We offer Murder Mystery Weekends, Bed and Breakfast Lodging and private events. Libations Lounge is located within the mansion where you can enjoy your favorite beverage in a setting unlike any other. First Friday Wine Tastings each month.

Une oasis d'histoire parfaitement préservée, l'architecture du village est purement victorienne. Perché au sommet d'Packer Hill, Harry Packer Mansion se situe comme une sentinelle dominant la ville. Impressionnante façade du manoir aurait pu être tiré d'un roman gothique, ce n'est que pour le montage Mansion utilisé comme modèle pour Haunted Mansion Disney World! L'intérieur est cependant loin d'être effrayant. Quinze plafonds pied, cheminées en marbre et miroirs dorés des salons reflètent l'élégance de l'époque victorienne. Les logements d'hôtes dans le manoir et la maison attenante transport sont meublées d'antiquités période, tissus luxueux, et les illustrations soigneusement sélectionnés. En plus d'offrir hébergement Bed and Breakfast The Mansion accueille également week-ends Mystère Assassiner, week-ends de dégustation de vins et d'événements spéciaux.

    I didn't want to leave!

    I went on a 2 night & 3 day get-away w/my hubby for our 3 year anniversary. We went from Sun-Tues. We did not go for the murder mystery weekend, but it was still such a beautiful place to visit. Pat & Bob were very nice & accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the energy in the home was most welcoming. I wish we could've stayed longer. I have already recommended The Harry Packer Mansion to my friends, family & customers!! Looking forward to going back for a wine tasting and/or murder mystery weekend!

    The accomdations were top rate. The mansion has been restored to its former glory and immaculate. The staff is great, made our stay a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this location to anyone. We will definately be returning in the future. The food alone is worth the trip.

    We stayed at the Mansion recently for two nights. The house is itself is beautiful, and we would recommend staying in the Mansion itself (rather than the Carriage house) if possible. The inn keepers give the guests plenty of breathing space, and you could comfortably relax on the airy veranda and enjoy a nice selection of beverages from the Libations Lounge. The room was very nicely appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The house is very solid and thick, so rooms were well insulated and very private. The breakfasts were all very good, consisting of eggs, fruit, juice, and something else like waffles or pancakes. It was done nicely where you serve yourself and eat on the veranda or the dining room. We would definitely recommend staying here!

    A weekend that will never be forgotten. Wonderful hosts and hostesses, wonderful guests, wonderful food, wonderful sleep, wonderful town - what else could a person want. Thank you. (P.S. I loved the murder mystery and being the one who done it!)

    My daughter and I had a really nice time staying at The Harry Packer Mansion.The owners and their kids couldn't have been nicer,enjoyed our breakfast on the porch and talking to the owners.It's a very interesting house with lots of charm and I would highly recommend their place.

    This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Bob, Pat, Taylor and Kristen feel like family! It's so enchanting here. It's like a step back in time, so peaceful, so beautiful and so friendly! Thank you Handwerk Family for such a lovely stay once again!
