L'Auberge de Fairville est au coeur de la vallée de Brandywine entre Winterthur Musée et jardins de Longwood et seulement quelques minutes du quartier des affaires de Wilmington, au Delaware. Les musées de Nemours Hagley, Brandywine River (collections de Wyeth et Pyle) et sont également quelques minutes. Nos 13 chambres et 2 suites sont situés dans trois bâtiments : la maison principale (construit dans les années 1800 début mi-fermée), l'Assemblée de transport et le Springhouse. Chambres commencent à 165 $ par nuit (plus les taxes applicables), qui comprend un petit déjeuner complet et le thé d'après-midi. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bains privée, TV satellite, internet sans fil, téléphone et chauffage individuel et air conditionné. De nombreuses chambres disposent d'une cheminée (saisonnier) et la plupart ont un pont/véranda privée. Toutes les chambres possèdent soit un - sized queen ou king lit, certains sous un baldaquin romantique (une chambre a lits jumeaux, qui peut être transformées en un roi). Fine cuisine à proximité. Réservations d'avance sont fortement recommandées.

We had a delightful stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Laura and Rick are very gracious hosts. Breakfast was a wonderful experience. We had several options to choose from for breakfast. And it was wonderful to be served.

My wife and I felt we needed some time to ourselves and found the Fairville Inn online. Overall, the experience was awesome. The rooms were very nice and the service was fantastic. Our only complaint was breakfast. We expected to be blown away. The food was good but ordinary.

My husband and I wanted a quick, last minute getaway, and someone suggested an attraction nearby Fairville Inn. I came across the Inn on an internet search trying to find lodging for the one night we would be in town. I am THRILLED to have come across Fairville Inn's site. I put in a request for a one night stay (as most B&Bers know, a one night stay is unusual) and received a quick reply from the Inn confirming the availability of a one night stay. That was only the beginning of a wonderful customer service experience. At the location, which is beautiful, each Inn member we encountered (including the property's dog, Ollie) was friendly and spectacular. We stayed in a room in the Main House, and enjoyed having a back door entrance as well. The room was bigger than I had expected, and the location itself was quiet and relaxing. As we left the property we already began talking about staying again and what other attractions we would visit the next time we came out. Yes, you read that correctly: now, instead of finding a place to stay near an attraction, we are searching for attractions to visit during our next stay at the Fairville Inn!

We were only needing one night stopping by to see friends. After we arrived, it was such a pleasant place that I wished we were staying longer! The owners and staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the room cozy and comfortable. I would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairville and will definitely stay here again when visiting the Wilmington area. It was close to both Wilmington & Longwood Gardens/Chads Ford. The inn was quiet, restful and breakfast was delicious with several unique choices. The innkeepers were so accommodating and friendly. A very lovely place!

We were pleased with our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were average, but clean, larger than expected. Staff was friendly, helpful. Location was what made out decision to book the room but we would go back again because we enjoyed ourselves and slept well.
