Construit en 1844, le manoir de McBurney est une maison qui a conservé c'est sur l'ambiance et le charme de 160 ans. En faisant quelques améliorations modernes, l'intégrité de la maison n'a pas été compromise. Les chambres sont décorées unique pour accentuer la saveur antique de la maison. Une chambre avec un lit Queen a une belle cheminée, alors que les lits jumeaux occupent la salle à travers la salle. Une salle de bain moderne nouvellement installé est partagé par les invités. Les motifs contiennent une fascinante « pâtisseries maison » qui a un four récemment restauré cuire d'où merveilleuses arômes d'une variété de pains fraîchement cuits imprègnent la propriété. Manoir de McBurney se trouve dans Fort, PA du petit village de McAlevy parmi les belles collines de Pierre vallée. Four de Greenwood et Whipples barrage parcs d'État sont seulement quelques minutes et le barrage de Raystown est seulement 30 minutes au sud. State College, accueil de la Penn State Nittany Lions est à 20 minutes au nord de nous et Big Valley, une communauté Amish pittoresque, est un lecteur de 15 minutes à l'est. Une visite à McBurney Manor et il prés vous emmènera retour à un rythme plus lent pour vous aider à vous détendre. Un petit déjeuner complet délicieux pays est servi chaque matin.

Absolutely a wonderful experience in every respect. Breakfast was out of this world, the hosts extremely high quality genuine individuals. We were very sorry to leave and will make this an annual destination and visit. Diana

greeted with fresh home made donuts.... iced water at my bedside when i returned home for the evening delicious fresh outstanding breakfast a really nice experience

Nancy provided a wonderful stay during a business trip to Huntingdon County. I stayed in the twin room which was spacious and comfortable. Electrical upgrades and wifi allowed me to work in the evening and the heat was comfortable in the cooler weather. The bathroom down the hall was renovated nicely and was also very spacious. I especially enjoyed perusing the local artisans gifts and wares in the downstairs rooms and Nancy's tasty and healthy breakfast. I would love to return on a leisure stay to enjoy more of the hearth baked bread that is baked on her property and explore the neat small towns surrounding McBurney Manor.

We had a absolutely wonderful 3 day stay at the Manor in October. What a beautiful and charming place. The Yoders did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. McAlevy's Fort is a charming little community, an experience all it's own. Nancy's breakfast was all you would expect from a top-notch B&B. We will deffinately return on our next trip upstate.

Nancy and Jay were AWESOME!!! We were semi lost and Nancy was more than happy to meet us and drive to the location. Breakfast was made to our specific requests and it was very good. Exceeded our expectations. I would stay there again and would recommend this B&B
