Construit en 1931, le multidisciplinaire Country House est une grande maison construite avec l'artisanat fine et d'excellents matériaux. Au milieu de la beauté naturelle des motifs à St. Emma, la maison de pays multidisciplinaire offre un charme et décorées avec amour Accueil comme paramètre pour une expérience de l'accueil-away-from-home. Nos invités pourront profiter d'un petit déjeuner de style européen avec un vaste choix d'aliments merveilleuses. Invités sont invitées à profiter de nos magnifiques jardins et la terrasse extérieure et de marcher les chemins en plein air. Ceux donc désirant peut joindre notre communauté monastique pour la liturgie des heures et/ou quotidien masse, ou tout simplement profiter quelque temps de prière tranquille dans l'un de nos chapelles.

From the moment you walk into the foyer and are greeted by Sr. Renata, you really do feel welcomed home. And, whether you're staying for one night or one week, the sisters, staff, and volunteers will go out of their way to see to it that your stay at the Robert Shaw house is your home away from home. Staying in the house is like stepping outside of the "daily grind" and into a place where you can relax, rest, and escape among beautiful pictures, book shelves, Hummel figures, and other interior design delights. The offerings for breakfast are varied and fresh each morning. The grounds themselves are conducive for morning, afternoon, and evening walks. Be sure to visit the chapel and join the sisters as they chant their daily prayers. Every time, I find it hard to leave, but I know that my next visit will come soon enough. Thank you, Sisters, and may God bless you as you welcome home many more future visitors and guests.

My husband and I recently received a gift of an overnight stay at the Robershaw Country House Bed & Breakfast. The rest and relaxation we received there made 24 hours feel like we'd vacationed for a week! The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet and the food was wonderful. The entire house and grounds afford great opportunity to pray, reflect, and soak in the peace and presence of the Lord. The extravagant hospitality far exceeded our expectations and we were greatly blessed!

My husband and I have been to the Robertshaw two times and each stay was wonderful! The accommodations are great and the food is excellent. The sisters and volunteers go out of their way to provide enjoyable food and make sure our needs are met. We also love to walk the beautiful grounds and attend Mass or prayers with the sisters - an added prayerful experience. My mom got the idea of giving us a night at the Robertshaw to us for Christmas each year, and we are thrilled! We highly recommend a stay here!

My wife and I stayed for the weekend and it was the best place we had ever stayed. The hospitality show to us was every bit 5 star. The staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met in every aspect. We highly recomend this B&B for a truly special experiance and definatly ROYAL treatment

"Welcome home" is said often at the Robertshaw and the hospitality shown to guests makes it more than a slogan. The rooms are large and lovely, the breakfast is generous, and chatting with Sister Renata and Mother Mary Anne is a pleasure. I hope to have the opportunity to return.

I loved staying in Bed & Breakfasts and the Robertshaw B&B is at the top of my list for comfort, convenience and hospitality.

It's like being in the Sound of Music! A Benedictine Monastery with an historic guesthouse made into a B&B. This is an experience that only happens in hollywod and your dreams. It's a 5+

And a little known fact is that our "Grandmother House" (where the nuns came from for our Motherhouse, the Abby of St Walburg in Germany)is the actual Abbey in The Sound of Music!!! I had the privilege of staying here a few times and everytime it leave me breathless. Everyone is very accomodating and willing to help you out. This place is just beautiful esp.over the Christmas holiday with all the decorations and displays and the trees! The rooms are outstanding especially the suite! if you are ever in the area i would def. stay here you will not be disappointed!! Sister Renata is amazing and awesome!!
