LakeBreeze Niagara Bed & Breakfast

The room was perfect, clean and everything that the picture portrayed. The breakfast was better than what I was expecting. Coffee was available at all times. Fridge in the room make it easy to store beverages. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who's looking for some quiet time to relax.

the guest room on the main floor was great. the jacuzzi tub was delicious! a lovely experience!

Thank you Gloria and John for making our 15th Anniversary trip very memorable. Your hospitality was remarkable. The breakfast each morning was exactly what we needed each day to get our day trips to Niagara Falls started each morning. We look forward to returning soon.

It was a lovely, clean place with very friendly people and wonderful healthy breakfasts. I would highly recommend this B&B. It is also very convenient to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Buffalo and great for bicycling and visiting wineries.

Gloria and John could not have been more welcoming. Gloria went out of her way to make our stay special - renting bikes for us, finding maps and directions - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely home in a great small town. Highly recommend! Maggie and Jim Ludgate

The Lake Breeze B&B was a very pretty and convenient place to stay in Downtown Port Colborne. Gloria was great about my boyfriend's food allergies and was very knowledgeable about the area. Would stay again. :)

Good location. Located a few blocks away from canal and beach. We were able to sight see and dine while leaving our car parked. All the rooms were splendidly appointed. All conveniences were provided from personal coffee maker to blue ray dvd. Outside, we enjoyed food, drink and conversation on a comfortable porch that afforded privacy by way of climbing floral plants. Our knowledgeable hosts were attentive to our needs without intruding.

The suite in which I stayed was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was outstanding. I particularly appreciated the fact that I could enter the suite directly from the suite and that I could walk to downtown Port Colborne in a few minutes, where there were a number of good restaurants.

The rooms are very well taken care of and have a private entrance. The breakfast is just great. Thank you for a great time. The owner is super-nice. Just 25 min from the falls.

Sept 13-16 2011 We are 8 women who love biking together, and loved Lakebreeze! We felt it was the loveliest and most well-appointed accommodation we've stayed in during our 15 years of tripping together. We needed all the lovely rooms, and each evening created dinner together to share surrounded by the vines and flowers entwining the beautiful porch. Gloria sparkled as a thoughtful hostess and dazzled us with her knowledge and resourcefulness re the area, all of which she presented in her own humourous & thorough style. Lakebreeze is a truly wonderful B & B experience, and we are so glad to have met Gloria. Each morning, our breakfast was a different dish, deliciously presented and remarkably delicious. Even the vegetarian member of the group was treated to something especially tasty just for her

Gloria is a born B&B person: gregarious and warm, and I sense if we had had any problems during our stay (which we didn't) she would have dealt with them immediately. Port Colborne is also worth visiting--great farmers market on Friday morning. It even has chocolate crepes made by a local French chef!

This was our first stay at a bed & breakfast ever! And i am so glad we go to do it at this place. It was impeccable and super clean and nice. Gloria was an amazing host and answered all questions and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this place over and over again.

Our host was friendly, outgoing and anxious to please - offering a history of the area, and knowledgeable about similarities and differences between US and Canada culture, customs, politics, etc. Accommodations were comfortable and private, with the luxury of separate sitting and bedrooms. A delicious breakfast was served outdoors and at our convenience, so we could get an early start on the day. We would highly recommend LakeBreeze Niagara Bed & Breakfast.

The bed and breakfast was wonderful. The atmosphere was elegant and serene. The innkeeper very knowledgeable regarding the area and helpful when looking for restaurants as well as what is local to see. Breakfast was delicious and was prepared for a time you specified. We would definitely return.

This is a unique & beautiful B&B, run by a beautiful & unique lady. Gloria made us feel like long-lost friends with her warmth and hospitality. Our apartment was wonderfully designed & decorated, and sparkling clean. Breakfast on the garden veranda was mouth-watering delicious. We will definitely stay at LakeBreeze again!

We travel yearly to Port Colborne for the Interclub Cruise, a sailboat race. I will definately stay there again next year, the rooms were great and our hostess, Gloria, was wonderful.

While staying here at LakeBreeze Gloria and her husband John welcomed us with friendly smiles and thoughtful recommendations to fun things to do around the area,great places to visit, and eat. Gloria cooked breakfast for us each morning on the deck and I would have to say she is a great cook and will make you anything you desire and accomadate any allegries or needs you have. The room we stayed in was the Century suite which was so comfortable,clean, and felt like a little mini house and we felt right at home! The whirlpool bath was a definte plus after long hours on our feet sighseeing. Our stay here at the LakeBreeze Niagara Bed and Breakfast was a very pleasant one and would highly recommend it to any one and definitely be visiting one day again!! We were first time bed and breakfast stayers and have never done it before and were a little skeptical about how it really is and we just felt so at home and welcomed here!! A must stay at bed & breakfast if traveling to the lake eerie/niagara falls region and close to many attractions!! Thank you Gloria and John for our wonderful and memorable stay!! This was by far the most exceptional B & B we have ever stayed in. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days while you tour the Port Colborne area this is the place to be. We had a two bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen as well as a stackable washing machine and dryer. Just like being at home except the bed was more comfortable than my own! Gloria and John are welcoming hosts ready to serve your very need. Remember to keep your dinners light as a breakfast at Lake Breeze is amazing and a bit more than you actually need. We were four and we stayed in the suite upstairs. The accommodations were good. The food was outstanding. Gloria is a fantastic hostess. She is very welcoming. There are great restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood is a nice one to walk in.

LakeBreeze Niagara B&B is a lovely place to stay set in the beautiful town of Port Colborne. Just 30-40mins drive away from Niagara Falls, Port Colborne is a quaint little town with many shops and restaurants to choose from. The highlight of our stay was visiting Niagara Falls, which were magnificant to say the least. I came with my family all the way from Ireland. We stayed in 2 of the suites: The Century Suite and The Heritage Suite. Both suites were very quiet and spacious. Gloria was a wonderful hostess and breakfasts were simply devine!! Fantastic stay. Thank you Gloria for making us feel at home from so far away from our actual home!!

would have appreciated a king size bed in lieu of queen size - otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay

Wonderful B and B in a quaint town within a drive of The Falls. The room was spectacular and the service was perfect. Gloria took the time to map out places to visit in the area, had menus on hand and recomendations for hidden gems in the town, and was accomodating to our timeline. It was a pleasure to stay at Lake Breeze and we would be happy to return.
