What a lovely experience, the cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated and cozy. The Mehm's are wonderful hosts, we even had a power outage for a couple of hours, due to a storm, but they had emergency lanterns to everyone's room is minutes, making sure each guest was well taken care of. I would tell anyone thinking of staying in Schroon Lake to only stay here.

Our stay at Lakeview Inn made our vacation to Schroon Lake forever special and memorable!! Everything was perfect, Captains Quarters was an amazing room, really loved soaking in the private jacuzzi tub and the room was spotless and offered lots of special touches. Bob and Patti are wonderful hosts, they really care about your needs (even made me gluten free french toast!) and that you are comfortable and happy. They know a lot about the area and sent us on many special day trips. The free canoe and kayak were a nice bonus to get out on the beautiful lake and also helped work off our wonderful breakfast each morning! We stayed in July and already recommended it to many friends, 2 who already booked to leave peep this Fall!

Helpful and hospitable host and hostess went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Old farmhouse nicely restored for delightful accommodations. Lovely porch views. And hereafter, the only place to stay in Schroon Lake!

Bob and Patti made us feel "at home" at the Lake through their warmth and friendliness. They shared their time and knowledge of local activities and places of interest. We had a wonderful stay at Lakeview Inn at Schroon Lake.

Beautiful, well appointed room. Roomy,2 person hot tub.Walking distance to town and lake. Gorgeous views. Great food. Very friendly hosts. Delicious, generous breakfast.

We stayed at the Lakeview Inn over the 4th of july weekend. What a wonderful and Beautiful Inn it is. Very comfortable and clean. One of the cleanest places we have ever been. Patti, Bob and Patti's mother are very social and very nice people. They make you feel very welcome. We are definitly staying there again.

Owners take a very active role in making you feel welcomed and prepared for your visit. The lake and surrounding activities will keep everyone entertained. Make sure you save time to enjoy the evenings on the covered porch. Rooms are very clean, & include modern tiled baths...
