    Choice of 2 different rooms, depending on the season. Bedroom on 1st floor has queen bed with private bath, flatscreen TV, ihome,Wi-Fi. Additional bedroom has 2 twin beds with shared bath on second story of family home. Wi-Fi. Located within walking distance to Long Beach Bay in Sag Harbor and 1 mile to village shops on long private drive, surrounded by 1 acre cul de sac. Available on per night at $250 p/nite for 1 night, $225 p/nite for 2 or more nights or weekly rental. Additional charge for extra person.
