  • Beautiful, peaceful bed and breakfast. Lovely gardens and a 50 foot heated pool and outdoor enclosed shower all in the backyard. Enjoy the meditation garden or one of the flower gardens. Your stay includes lovely continental breakfast for each day that you stay. Start with cafe presse coffee, teas, chai, enjoy local fresh fruits, homemade croissants, perserves, In good weather breakfast will be served on your deck. We have lots of beach toys for you to enjoy. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, unbrellas and beach toys, and towels for your trips to the beach. The backyard has an entrance to the park that has a running oval, tennis courts, basketball court and playground. In room fridge, lush towels and the highest quality linens. Seasonally you may have a vase of our fresh flowers in your room.

    • Arrivée: 3pm    Départ: 12 noon

    • Durée minimum: 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends. All rates are nightly.

    • Arrhes/acompte requis: A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. If reservation is for one night payment must be made at time of booking. Payment in full if reservation made less than 2 days in advance of check-in.

    • Conditions d'annulation: Required payment via Paypal in full proir to check in. Cancellations require 7 day notification via email. If cancellation is not made within the 7 days we will keep 50% of the reservation.

      From NYC take the Long Island Expressway to exit 70, take a right at the Exxon station. look for signs for 27 East Montauk you will be on route 111 until to enter route 27E. Take 27E to Bridgehampton, take a left at the monument at the end of Bridgehampton. You will be on Sagg Bridge Turnpike headed north. After about 4 miles you will have a traffic light, park on right gas station of left. Turn right at the light onto Jermain Avenue, Take first right onto Archibald Way #14 is the fourth house on the right. You can't miss it, It has an enormous wrap around porch. Park in the driveway/
