    Our beautiful modern units are in a historic owner occupied brownstone building located in the heart of Chelsea. This OWNER OCCUPIED renovated townhouse is on a charming tree-lined Street, just one block away from the subway station , 5 minutes walk from Chelsea Piers, Sky line park & water front . 15 minutes walk from The Javits Center and about 1 mile to the Empire State Building. Surround by many galleries, shops & restaurants. The units have lovely bright rooms, with beautifully-decorated fireplaces, hardwood floors, modern lighting and décor. The rooms are high ceiling. The units feature luxurious and comfortable queen/full beds & full size sofa beds, promising the ultimate in rest and relaxation. The units have private fully-equipped kitchenettes and private bathrooms, air/conditioners and heaters (steam heat system), HD flat-screen TVs with satellite service, and DVD players. Irons & iron boards. We provide our guests with fresh clean bath towels, basic bath supplies, kitchenware, wireless.

    Beautiful Bed and Breakfast in Chelsea!

    I stayed at The West 22nd B & B in May and had the most lovely experience. The innkeepers, Katie and her husband, are the most kind couple one could ever meet, and truly extended every effort beyond and above to help me with my stay--including a very late arrival due to travel from Boston! The apartment was beautiful, immaculately cared for, I truly felt as if I was staying in a friend's home. The location is perfect, very quiet in the evening and close to the most beautiful neighborhoods, boutiques and restaurants. This bed and breakfast is truly special, I can not wait to return when I am next in New York City. Thank you for everything, Katie!

    We stayed 3 girls in apartment 2 and absolutely loved it. It comes with a double bed and a great "bunk-bed" for one person. Nothing to complain about. Katie is very friendly, helpfull and service is great. The room was bright, clean and spacey. Centrally located in a very nice neighbourhood in Chelsea, walking distance to attractions of Manhatten and close to Metro stops.

    We stayed for a couple of weeks in summer last year - my husband and teenage son. Was perfect location, clean, great size , excellent value and have recommended it to all friends and family traveling to NYC. Booked from Australia and took our chances booking online - shouldn't have worried - all good!!

    Stay Here!

    We(four females) found this one bedroom apartment to be absolutely perfect for our needs.With the queen size bed and a cot in the bedroom and the sleep sofa in the living room we had plenty of space. I vouch that the cot was incredibly comfortable! It was immaculately clean and well appointed. The location suited us to a T,being within a five minute walk of the West 23rd Subway at 8th Ave and Times Square within a good walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.We enjoyed sampling the Chelsea area .I parked my car on the street without any problems. We highly recommend staying here. Katie was helpful and professional.

    Loved the B&B and the location. The neighborhood is great and the proximity to public transportation is very convenient. Stayed 2 nights in the studio and 2 nights in the 1 bedroom apmt. Loved both accommodations. We plan to return. Thanks Katie.

    Excellent place to stay in NYC

    We really appreciated the apartment, on the 3rd floor, and we do recommand it to our friends. We were only 2 of us (couple), and it was perfect, as we could even invite some friends to dinner and have plenty of space. The apartment can accomodate 4 persons as there is a sofa-bed in the living room, but as the toilets and shower-bathtube are in the corridor between the room and the kitchen, this is something that might not be apreciated if the apartment is occupied by 2 couples (but less or not inconvinient for a family, for example). Very well located at Chelsea, only one block from metro 23rd-8th, not far from Chelsea market. We were staying here during "Irene hurricane", and Katie was a perfect hostess, taking care of us and supplying candle and light in case the power was cut (which did not happen). We would definitely rent the apartment again if we come back to NYC. Thanks Katie

    A great New York experience

    This a great place to stay in NY. So much better than staying in a tiny room in crowded, touristy Times Square. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. The location is the best; picturesque and close to shopping, restaurants, and subway. We have already booked our next stay here. Jason H and Paul W San Francisco
