    • Arrhes/acompte requis: A deposit equal to one night’s stay assures you of a room. Extended stays require a deposit equal to 50% of the total tariff

    • Conditions d'annulation: We must require a 10-day notification of cancellation in order for you to receive a complete refund of your deposit. Otherwise it is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook your reserved room, your deposit will be refunded less a $35.00 service fee. Please note that your deposit will be applied to any unused portion of your reservation such as an early departure or late arrival.

    Our very own super gourmet breakfast soufflé served in an individual cast iron skillet. The dish's batter is laced with apples, served hot with a large dollop of Scottish clotted cream sprinkled with roasted walnuts. You add the homemade caramel sauce to your liking. Also accompanied by your choice of juice, along with in-season fruit, breakfast meat, bottomless coffee cup and water on request.

Continue around to our driveway on the right at #294. From South Carolina: Take I-26 West toward North Carolina. Exit at Exit 36 in Columbus, NC (the first exit in North Carolina). Turn right onto Highway 108 East, and proceed 6 miles to Highway 9 North. Turn left and go 9 miles until you reach the stop sign at the junction of Highway 64/74A. Lake Lure will be directly in front of you. Turn left onto Highway 64/74A. Drive a very short distance, cross the small bridge, and immediately after the bridge, turn left onto Tryon Bay Circle (one way road). Continue around to our driveway on the right at #294. Charlotte: Take Interstate 85 South to Highway 74 West. Follow 74 West to Exit 167. Turn right onto Highway 9 North and go 12 miles to the stop sign at the junction of Highway 64/74A. Lake Lure will be directly in front of you. Turn left onto Highway 64/74A. Drive a very short distance, cross the small bridge, and immediately after the bridge, turn left onto Tryon Bay Circle (one way road). Continue around to our driveway on the right at #294. From Hickory, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Raleigh: From Interstate 40, take exit 103 in Morganton. Turn left onto Highway 64 West, and continue for approximately 20 miles. Keep going straight at the intersection of Highways 64, 74A and 221. You are now on Highway 64/74A. Continue on Highway 64/74A West approximately 19 miles to Larkin's R
