Magnolia House LBI from the West. Less then a two block walk to the beach. Centre St. Pavilion has bathrooms, showers, benches and more. We provide all the amenities. Tote, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, mats even a cooler with drinks and snacks. You can sometimes lightly hear the music from the Sea Shell band.
Magnolia House LBI from the East. Our beautiful wrap around porch has tables, chairs, sofas and swing for our guests enjoyment and relaxation. All that before you even walk in the front door.
Our Dining Room seats 14, has 24 hr instant hot and cold water for you to make drinks anytime. We have a guest refrigerator, glasses, plates, silverware all for your anytime use. Afternoon Tea goodies on Right Table.
Our Dining room seats 14 but most summer days Guest enjoy breakfast on the porch. We have bottled and 24 hr cold water. Coffee/Tea Station 24/7. Afternoon Tea Goodies on table at right. Plates, Glasses, Silverware all for your use anytime.
Room number nine. Revisit Yesteryear. A comfortable queen size oak bed and dresser are adorned with lights of a bygone era. Wear a bathrobe provided to your Private bath across the hall. All rooms have AC, Ceiling Fan, TV, Free WIFI, Hair dryer. Lower Priced for our budget conscious guest.
Guest room Three. Queen size bed with memory foam topper, flat screen TV, Rain Shower Head, in room bathroom. Shares second floor Balcony with room two. Bring your wine. From our dining room get ice, ice bucket, glasses and sun or relax on the balcony anytime.
Guest Room number Twelve. Our Royal Suite! King Size Bed, 2 Sitting areas and Four Windows. On the third floor and Very Private. Great for Wedding Nights, Honeymooners or any couple in Love!
A Fully Functional and Fun Outside Pool Table. Outside Shower on right, Beach Gear Storage Room back left. We also provide Bikes and Helmets complimentary for our Guests Use.
After a day at the Beach come shower outside. Open top with flowers growing. We provide fresh towels, washcloths, shampoo, soap and conditioner. You can extend your stay by coming early and staying late. All complimentary.

Beach havres plus ancien Oceanside victorien Bed & Breakfast Inn, situé dans le quartier historique. Our stay at Magnolia House was awesome! Tony & Cheryl are great hosts. They were very attentive to our needs and the comfort of our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!

There are no words to express what the Curingas did for us in a very stressful situation. They treated us like family and totally opened their home to us when we were stuck without accomodations two days before our son's wedding. They went above and beyond to help us out and provide a place for our bridal party to change and organize before the wedding. I would not stay anyplace else if I ever return to LBI. The owners Tony and Cheryl were most accommodating, kind and desirous of our stay being as perfect as could be. The home is as advertised on their website. It works out to be a great deal because they welcome you to come early on your first day, stay two nights, the third night (weekday) is half off, and they welcome you to use the facilities the fourth day, so you get four days for the price of 2 1/2 nights! And the "facilities" include beach chairs, an outdoor shower and changing room, and during the days of your official stay towels and a small cooler bag of snacks and water for the beach. The reason to go is Cheryl and Tony (and their helper Kim) -- their friendliness and hospitality and genuine interest in you, their front porch, and the great deal they offer. The homemade lemonade, daily home-baked sweets (including the most moist, chocolatey cupcake I have ever had!), gourmet ample breakfast (the Dining score above relates only to the unique and imaginative breakfasts), 24 hour coffee and large selection of teas, tasteful Victoriana with modern touches (flat-screen TV in the room), immaculate cleanliness, comfortable bed, -- these are just extras (I guess they do range up to the queitly spectacular).

My 88 yr old mother and I had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia House. Beds very comfortable, breakfast a real treat on the wraparound porch, owners helpful and fun. We look forward to returning next year. Bernadette L.

Cheryl and Tony made our brief family vacation extremely enjoyable. The comfort and convenience they provided alleviated the additional work that comes with a beach vacation. The amenities such as providing bicycles and prepared bags with towels and snacks for the beach allowed us to relax...much needed..... Thanks again Cheryl and Tony

The personal touches by our hosts made all the difference in the world. The home and rooms were beautifully decorated with antiques. Every inch was crisply clean. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in until we left the next day. I can't say enough about how nice the gourment breakfast was, the supplies they provided, and all the amenities.
