    Fulton salle dispose d'un lit queen et un lit de jour et trois dort. Cette chambre dispose également d'une salle de bain privée.
    Franklin Room dispose d'un lit queen et beaucoup d'espace. Il a également un bureau secrétaire pour obtenir des travaux, une belle cheminée et baies vitrées.
    Salle de Bedford dispose d'un lit double et deux couchages confortablement. Il s'agit d'un espace confortable grand pour les couples ou les singles dépenses d'un long séjour in NYC.
    Salle de Hancock, sa confortable et un parfait pour ce voyage solo sur un budget. Aucun frills, mais tous les éléments essentiels, rester quelques nuits supplémentaires dans le confort.
    Kitchenette avec des fruits frais, café chaud, eau chaude, four à micro-ondes, pâtisseries fraîches, céréales, pain et un réfrigérateur stocké.
    Espace commun avec l'ordinateur, internet, imprimante et informations de voyage. Nous avons également beaucoup de livres à feuilleter.
    La salle de bain commune est de rechange et propre, nous gardons une attention à celui-ci par le biais de sortir le jour. La salle Fulton a sa propre salle de bains.

    Au coeur de Brooklyn, notre brownstone 1870's récemment rénové offre trois chambres et un petit déjeuner continental. Les chambres disposent d'origine en détail, beaucoup de lumière et de mobilier confortable. Le quartier multiculturel offre d'achat unique et peu coûteux de la salle à manger et est à proximité de nombreuses institutions de Brooklyn. Un seul bloc suite à la gare de St. Franklin attraper les trains C ou S pour un voyage rapide à Manhattan ou autres destinations de Brooklyn. Toutes les chambres ont des plafonds de 10 pieds, un placard, TV câblée, AC et une connexion internet. Salle de bains est partagé. Il y a une station d'ordinateur dans la zone commune et limitée des services commerciaux sont disponibles.

    What a great place to stay and explore Brooklyn!

    My boyfriend and I spend a few days here over the weekend. Not only was it a good location - lots of cool shops and restaurants around and close to transit - but the B&B is such a nice, cozy place to stay. The owners are very helpful and friendly, and the price is right. I highly recommend it.

    The owners are friendly, helpful, cool, calm, loving & lovely. I was very satisfied with the stay. The organic breakfasts were amazing. Total cool.

    We were in Brooklyn over this past weekend for a friend's wedding, and we're so glad that there was a room here. The rooms are super clean, and the inn is about a block away from the Blue Line so our trips into Manhattan were no problem. There's computer access, organic food and coffee (or tea) in the mornings, and organic soap in the bathroom. Our questions about shopping and parking were nicely answered by Nancye, and she was very accomodating.

La chambre a super hauts plafonds, plancher au plafond windows et un miroir gigantesque, détaillées dans le vrai fashion victorienne. Comme toutes les chambres, elle a également TV, internet et ca.

    Spencer Place provides a haven for weary tourists after pounding the pavement through Brooklyn. Comfy beds, tasty, ample self-serve breakfast, friendly attentive proprietors.

    I went to NYC for a weekend getaway in April 2010 and I was looking for place to stay that would not be too expensive, but still not too far from Manhattan, and this is defintely the place to stay! The Spencer Place Bed and Breakfast is only a 25-minute express subway ride away from JFK airport, and 10 minutes away from Manhattan by subway. It is located on a very quite street, right next to a busy street with lots of restaurants. I booked the Hancock Room and I have to say, I was more than satisfied with it : it was very clean, quite, and the single bed was very comfortable. Last, but not least, the owners were really welcoming. In fact, the minute I stepped into their home, I felt right at home. And if you have any questions, they are always ready to help you. To sum it up, I really enjoyed my stay at Spencer Place Bed and Breakfast. Everything met my expectations. So I definitely advise you to go there if you are looking for a place to stay in New York.. you won't regret it! Romain

    Great stay, great value

    My partner and I stayed here for a few days this past week on our trip to New York. It was an excellent place to stay for us! It gave us a beautiful room that felt like home, at an affordable price. The innkeepers were really cool, really helpful, and felt comfortable to be around and to ask questions. We were happy with the easy-going kitchenette breakfasts with fresh bagels, fruit, orange juice and tea --- it was easy and facilitated our own independent habits. The bathroom was clean, and the room had a lot of character. Something you should know about staying here is that it feels much more like staying in a room at someone's home... it is not sterile and cold like a big hotel, so it feels warm and worn. We liked that... it felt much more genuine. The other thing you should know about Spencer is that its location and proximity to fabulous spots in Brooklyn was great! However, the Franklin Ave. C spot and the small 1 block stretch along Fulton before turning onto Spencer did not feel warm like other parts of Brooklyn (like Fort Greene or Park Slope). We were totally fine with this, but I can imagine that some people looking for an idealized version of Brooklyn might have a hard time. Know who you are and what you want out of your experience... overall Spencer B&B was AWESOME for us and we will come back again on future trips to New York!

    A wonderful experience

    What an amazing building! The innkeepers were very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the service terrific. We woke up to fresh brewed coffee and danishes outside our door. The immediate neighborhood is fine and we had no trouble finding parking by a school at the end of the street, but the surrounding neighborhood might be worrisome for those not used to the less touristy parts of new york city. It was so much nicer than an overpriced chain hotel. I would go back!
