San Geronimo Lodge

All rooms are furnished with locally crafted furniture and art, telephone, hair dryer, modern tiled bath, cable TV and CD player. All beds are super-comfortable plush Eurotops installed in 2010. All rooms have good or great views, viga ceilings and an old-time lodge feel with all the modern comforts. Rates vary from $149 to $189, depending on views, fireplace, decks, room size, etc.

Queen bed plus double Futon. Ground floor. Large bathroom. This is one of our two pet friendly rooms. You will find it very clean, but it is not recommended if you are highly allergic to animals. There is a $25 one-time fee for pets, regardless of number of pets or nights. (Room 6 is also pet friemdly.)

Room 6 – (Standard 2-Bed) A good-sized (13x17) ground-floor, corner room with two new Eurotop plush queen beds. View of garden and wedding pavilion to the south and open fields and mountains to the east. Entry is from a covered walkway. Excellent access to parking. Large private bathroom. This room is dog-friendly. Rate is for one or two people. Additional persons in excess of two are permitted, with an extra person fee of $15 per person per night. Four people maximum.

Room 15 – (Deluxe 2-Bed) A bright, gracious and spacious (13x17) upstairs corner room with a king bed and twin bed, both with new Eurotop plush mattresses. Large private bathroom. Entry is from the south veranda (covered) with view of gardens and wedding pavilion. French doors open onto the north veranda (uncovered) with expansive views of the Carson National Forest. Romantic. For familu use, a lockable door optionally connects to room 16 to make a suite. Rate is for one or two people. An additional person is permitted, with an extra person fee of $15 per person per night. Three people max.

Room 16 – (Deluxe 3-Bed) A very bright and spacious (13x20) upstairs split-level corner room with two queen beds and a twin bed, all with new Eurotop plush mattresses. Large private bathroom. Entry is from a 14-foot wide wooden veranda. French doors open onto a 15-foot-wide uncovered veranda with expansive views of open fields and mountains. A perfect room for families. A lockable door optionally connects to room 15 to make a suite. Rate is for one or two people. Additional persons in excess of two are permitted with an extra person fee of $15 per person per night. Five people maximum.

Room 17 – (Deluxe 3-Bed) Upstairs. The longest room in the lodge(11x32) with three beds, a queen at each end, and an extra-long twin in the middle. All three beds have new Eurotop plush mattresses. Gas kiva fireplace. Just flip a switch for instant warmth. The private bathroom has a skylight and viga ceiling. View of garden and wedding pavilion. Entry is from a broad wooden veranda with a seating area complete with table and chairs. Rate is for one or two people. Additional persons in excess of two are permitted, with an extra person fee of $15 per person per night. Five people maximum.

Room 20 – (Deluxe 1-Bed) A quite large and long (13x25) upstairs room with a new Eurotop plush king bed. Wood-burning kiva fireplace. We place the kindling and logs. All you have to do is strike a match. (Extra bundles of mixed cedar and pinon firewood available at $10 each.) This is perhaps our finest room, romantic and elegant. French doors open onto a large (10x16) wooden deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Fine view of Taos Mountain from inside the room or from the deck. Entry is from an interior hall. Private bathroom with separate vanity. Close to library and guest computer.

Room 21 – (Deluxe 2-Bed) A very spacious (14 x 19) upstairs room with private bathroom and two new Eurotop plush full beds. French doors open onto a very large (14x16) private wooden deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Fine view of Taos Mountain from inside the room or from the deck. Entry is from an interior hall. Rate is for one or two people. Additional persons in excess of two are permitted, with an extra person fee of $15 per person per night. Four people maximum.

Room 22 – (Deluxe 1-Bed) A good-sized (12x16) upstairs corner room with a new Eurotop plush queen bed. Very cozy and romantic. Private bathroom and wood-burning kiva fireplace. We place the kindling and logs. All you have to do is strike a match. (Extra bundles of mixed cedar and pinon firewood available at $10 each.) French doors open onto a smallish (4x11) private deck with table and chairs. Deck overlooks a stream (Acequia Madre) and is shaded by a large apricot tree. Fine view of Taos Mountain from inside the room or from the deck. Entry is from an interior hall. Two people maximum.
