This quiet Inn will take you back to a time when life was more serene. We have blended antiques from England, Japan, France and China. Curl up next to the fire with a good book from the library.
Delectable gourmet breakfasts are served in our country kitchen. With advance notice, we can prepare a hearty barbeque dinner for you with a bottle of good wine.

I loved every minute of my experience here and in turn have become great friends with the innkeeper. I have been three times and cannot wait to return. The accommodations are lovely antique filled rooms with an incredible view and comfy beds. It is truly like staying in the home of a good friend who happens to be a great cook. The fishing experience was fabulous. From fishing the Madison to a lake, the trout were plentiful! Highly recommend!

We've stayed at the Madison Valley Inn three times, loved every visit, and hope to return again. Very comfortable accommodations and warm hospitality, and the breakfasts (also one dinner and a picnic lunch) were outstanding.

Madison Valley Inn is for a certain type of person or traveler and this was not us. The accommodations and amenities are great. The view is great. The residence is off the beaten path yet is close to town. If you are a lover of wild animals, domestic animals in the house, and are content with only egg-based breakfasts, then you are likely to enjoy your experience. If you are on your honeymoon, find somewhere else to stay!

I was born in New York, grew up in England, Italy and France. Worked for Time Life Books in NYC. Married a rancher and lived in Wyoming. After 20 years returned to the East Coast and worked for the Massachusetts Historical Society while my children finished school. Seventeen years ago I found this wonderful Madison Valley and will be here forever.

The Master Room
The Master Room is large yet cozy with a queen-size bed, sitting area, and a balcony looking over the gardens and the valley up into the mountains. The private bathroom has a huge tub with a bay window overlooking the whole valley. Air conditioning available.

A warm welcome awaited us upon our arrival. The rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable with views of the Madison Range to die for - we'll be back.
