Forget-Me-Not is a wonderful place to stay! Whether you're visiting from out of town or want a relaxing/romantic staycation - the charm and comfort you receive is outstanding. Hosts Chuck and Magretta are welcoming, friendly, and helpful with restaurant tips and giving directions. The rooms are clean and fresh-smelling. There are fluffy towels, a hairdryer, fast wifi and cable tv, as well as a library of DVDs and books to choose from on the 2nd floor, complete with available snacks and beverages. The Compton Tower room has a jacuzzi tub, too! Perfect after a long week! The beds are ridiculously comfortable - the sheets are even ironed! Who knew that could make such a difference!? The breakfast is delicious and very abundant - you won't start your day hungry, that's for certain!I love the Finnish pancakes and forget-me-not eggs! The pups are adorable and willing to be loved on - in fact, my friends and I have even taken Miss Haley for a walk around the great Tower Grove East neighborhood and beautiful Tower Grove Park. If you love dogs, but do not have one at home, this can be a fun opportunity :) If you're looking for a Victorian home-away-from home, with charm, comfort, and easy access to all St. Louis has to offer, Forget-Me-Not is the place to stay! Many of my friends - from Wisconsin, Kansas, and even St. Louis - have stayed there upon my recommendation) as well, and would agree! Thanks Chuck and Magretta for your hospitality! I'll be sure to visit in the future!

The breakfast is delicious, the dogs are adorable (if you don't like dogs, I guess this place is not for you), the bed is comfy, the house is beautiful, and the owners are super nice. I wish I could have stayed longer! They had books I wished I could have read and I would like to have more baths in the whirlpool tub in the Compton Tower Room. The furniture in the dining room is AMAZING. I want it so much. If you love old houses with history and old things that belong in another time paired with enough modern comforts to keep cozy, then you should book here!

This was a nice treat for my wife and I. Margret was great and attentive. She provided us with the history of this mansion. The next morning, breakfast was phenomenal. We'll be back!

I would definitely recommend a stay here. The innkeepers are lovely and the price is entirely reasonable for the stay. We have stayed at quite a few b and bs over the years and I can honestly say that this one served the best breakfasts that we've ever had. Hands down. Additionally, all the sights you want to visit around St. Louis are convenient. There are several restaurants in walking distance in a lovely historic neighborhood.

St. Louis was on our way from point A to B bur we wanted to relax and make the best of our visit. We ended up getting a couple who are in love with thier city in a way that helped us fall in love with St. Louis also. Everything about the experience made it an ideal BnB visit, the food, the company, the furnishings, the room!

Chuck and Magretta were very welcoming and friendly right when we got to Forget-me-not. Breakfast was delicious - homemade each morning! We stayed in the Bissel Tower room and were impressed with how comfortable and quiet it was. The location is very close to downtown STL and the MetroLink. Very fun area to explore.

We chose this B&B when it was featured on the website. We meant for it to be a one time visit since we love to explore different places. However, with the service, the puppies, and the food, we have gone back 4 times now. I cannot say enough great things about this place.
The Bissel Water Tower Room is named after one of the two water towers in North Saint Louis and is near the Grand Water Tower. The Bissel Room is decorated in a calming light green and flower motif that gives you the feeling of being in a garden. The two sets of window allow the sun to brighten the room, or you can close the curtains to block out the sun. It features a luxuriously comfortable queen-sized bed, comfortable sitting area, wardrobe, terry cloth robes, hair dryer, and make up mirror and private bath with shower. This was originally the servant's room, but while at the Forget-me-not you will be the one being waited upon!
Named for the most elaborate water tower in St. Louis, and the one that is also closest to Forget-me-not, this room is our most elegant room. The Compton Hill Tower Room is perfect for taking it easy. From the memory foam mattress, to the sitting area, to the two person Jacuzzi this room calls you to come in and spend some time relaxing, reading, dreaming, snuggling, or anything you enjoy. This room is a favorite of all who come to visit.
This room is named for the world's largest Corinthian tower --one of St. Louis's three historic water towers, The Grand room is a spacious room with private bath. The room is on the front of the house. The Grand room is in the curve of the cupola.
