    A standard to hold all B & B's to.

    Our first trip to the east coast and first B&B experience will not be our last. Paul and Lee are delightful hosts. The home is beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is visually elegant and very tasty. If you want to be near the sea for day trips yet removed enough for peace and quiet...this is the place. Thanks so much Paul and Lee. Hugs to Phoebe.     We had a very relaxing and wonderful visit at Academy Street Inn. We can't wait to come back again! The breakfast was wonderful.
