Sheepscot Bay - is the most affordable of Bayside’s guestrooms. Located on the second floor, this bright and cheerful room is filled with morning sun to gently bring you back from a deep sleep, aided by the cool breezes from the large bay windows found in the room and your cozy, queen-size bed. Your private in-suite bath with shower only add to the ease, comfort, and pleasure of your visit. Rates: $105-155 nightly (varies by time of year)
Hockomock Bay - This second floor suite is perfect for family travel, an extended stay or for someone that just enjoys extra room. There is a queen-size brass bed in the main room along with a double sleep sofa. The adjacent room has a single sleep sofa and fully equipped efficiency kitchen and offers harbor views. Both rooms have doors that can be closed for privacy. A private in-suite bathroom with shower. Rates: $135-185 nightly (varies by time of year)
Linekin Bay - This spacious and inviting room is located on the third floor of the home and has outstanding views of the harbor, footbridge, and islands. Its four window seats and four-poster king-size bed adds character and comfort to the room. A wet bar is provided with under counter refrigerator and microwave. The private bath is a step outside your door, named and locked for your use only. Rates: $145-195 nightly (varies by time of year)
Montwseag Bay - This second floor room is charming and bright with a Jenny Lind four poster queen size bed. The beautiful view of the harbor, floral wallpaper and plush carpet adds to the sweet and coziness of the room. A private in-suite bathroom with shower. Rates: $120-165 nightly (varies by time of year)
Breakfast fare includes fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, home-baked goods, cereal, and a main course with meat that alternates between “sweet” and “savory”. We post our menu the night before and encourage guests to let us know of food preferences, allergies and other dietary issues in advance so we can prepare a breakfast choice to meet all needs.

Kathryn and Peter Sullivan are wonderful innkeepers and their 1880's sea captain house was the perfect getaway. On the water...a short walk to shops and a stunning view from the room. A glass of wine +an adirondack chair + view of harbor with schooners was an amazingly relaxing afternoon.

Bayside Inn is in a beautiful spot on the water in Boothbay Harbor, just a few minutes walk from the downtown shopping and dining area. The hosts were wonderful and helpful in pointing us to things to see and do in the area and the breakfast and service were both great. Definitely highly recommend it!

This is a lovely old house. We had a clean, quiet room overlooking the old footbridge in the bay. Gracious hosts and a scrumptuous breakfast. We hope to return many times.

Innkeepers Kathryn and Peter Sullivan have been the proprietors of Bayside Inn since the summer of 2001, when they moved to Boothbay Harbor from Boston, Massachusetts. The birth of their daughter that spring made them ready for a lifestyle change, so Kathryn resigned from FDIC as a senior bank examiner and Peter as a foreman for Nashoba Paving Company. The house was Kathryn's childhood home and the B&B was established by her parents in 1990.
