    The Sorrento room facing the river and garden. All of the textiles in the room are hand woven - primarily from Africa and Mexico. There is a queen bed, cable TV and air-conditioning in summer.

    This is the view from the Sorrento Room. We are next to a Yacht Club. The morning sunrise turns the river red!
    The Bamako Room on the front of the house. Named for the capital of the African county of Mali, where the bedspread was hand made. Other textiles and art from Mexico, Morocco and Micronesia.
    Our guest bathroom shared by the two rooms. We provide bathrobes for each guest.

    Our dining room where breakfast is served each morning between 8:00 and 10:00. Have a healthy start to your day!

    Belle Newburyport historique un 10 minutes à pied de notre B & B.

    Nous sommes fermés depuis le 26 décembre 2009, à mai 1,2010. Vous voyez l'année prochaine ! Notre belle maison de 1845 est le seul B & B dans la ville qui surplombe la rivière. Nous sommes situés une courte distance à pied de l'historique du centre-ville, rempli de restaurants, des galeries et des divertissements et 3 kilomètres de l'océan et un sanctuaire d'oiseaux national. Les deux chambres avec une salle de bain partagée sont décorées avec art africains et européens. Tous deux disposent de lits queen, télévision par câble et les climatiseurs. Un généreux petit-déjeuner est servi. Le stationnement est derrière la maison. Un lancement de kayak et le bateau est à 300 mètres de distance.

    Comfy...felt like we were with family

    This is the only B&B I will ever stay at in Newburyport. I wanted ambiance, and that's exactly what I got. Chuck and Ann are gracious hosts and really made us feel welcome. The bed was so comfortable...wish I could take it home with me! I also love the fact that there are only 2 rooms (and the other room was vacant during our stay) so we had total privacy. Just enough of a walk from the shops and restaurants to walk off dinner makes 167 Water Street the total package! E komo mai...welcome

    GREAT AND COMFORTABLE B & b

    Anne and Chuck were great hosts from when we arrived with Chuck helping us with our luggage up the flight of stairs to when we left this quaint and nice B & B. Our room was nice and comfortable, and air-conditioned, and breakfast was nice too. We will definitely consider staying here again when we travel back to Newburyport. Thank you very much Anne and Chuck from Karen and Mike in Dallas, Texas.

    Beautiful room, magic city

    Newburyport is an amazing town and 167 Water Street is a pleasant walk to all of it. The hosts were absolutely wonderful: helpful, fun and great hosts. An additional plus is proximity to Plum Island where there is a national wildlife preserve plus wonderful recreational beaches.

    For a trip to the north along the coast we were looking for a family run B&B with close contact to the owners -- and we really found what we were looking for: helpful friendly owners, big breakfast and a lot of interesting stories and many good tips on what to do in the area.

Étage Ave puis plis un peu à droite et devient secondaire St. continuer sur High Street jusqu'à ce que vous venez à un feu rouge à l'intersection de St. État (3 km de la sortie hors 95) vous verrez une station-service sur votre coin d'extrême droite. Continuer tout droit sur St haut pour un autre mille moitié jusqu'à ce que vous venez de Bromfield Street, une rue très large sur votre gauche. (C'est le 8e rue sur la gauche). Vous verrez un parc vert et la colline sur votre droite, Hill de mars. Tourner à gauche sur Bromfield et aller directement à la fin. Cette intersection est que l'eau St. activer à gauche dans l'eau St. Vous verrez quatre maisons de ville connectés sur votre droite. Nôtre est le deuxième un, brun foncé avec garniture de rouge.
