'By The Sea' Guests Bed & Breakfast and Suites

Quiet and comfortable describes Room One hundred eleven. In the beautiful ceramic tiled bath with glass shower, one may enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. Room 111 has a queen and a twin bed. This room is air conditioned and just steps away from our sandy beach.

Spacious and sunlit with a large bay window, this room accommodates up to three guests with room for a cot for a fourth, if needed. Room One hundred twelve has a double and a twin bed and a private bath with a shower/soaking tub combination. The room also has an air conditioner. The view from the window in Room One hundred twelve presents a very special scene of the ocean through beach grass.

Tucked away in the back corner of the Inn is Room One hundred thirteen. A bright, airy and quiet room it can accommodate two guests or three by including a cot. We have upgraded this room with a king bed.

A wonderful view of the ocean can be seen from the large bay window in Room One hundred fourteen. Decorated in soft pastels and spacious enough to accommodate four guests and if needed a cot could provide space for five. The room has a private bath. The ocean can be seen from the large bay window on the side of the house.

Sweet and cozy, a queen bed with natural wicker surrounded with soft colors describes the peaceful Room of Two hundred one at the top of the stairs. Could be enjoyed by three if a cot is included.

Ocean breezes, salt air, extended views as far as the eye can see... High ceilings, spacious and lovely and enough room for up to four guests in each room. Five guests could stay in each if need be with the use of our cot in addition to the two queen beds. Wonderful views of Nantucket Sound, our private beach and on a clear day of Monomoy Island off of Chatham.

A favorite of many and furnished with a queen bed and one comfortable cushy chair-the perfect place to relax! It has a private bath with a wonderful view of the ocean as well. This room can accommodate two people or three with a cot. The view is breathtaking from the window in the small alcove and from the bath as well.

Cozy, quiet and sunny, Room Three hundred six will provide rest and relaxation for two after a day on our beautiful beach. This room has a double bed.

The perfect getaway for two people, this oceanfront room with a spectacular view is airy and peaceful. This room has one queen bed. Spectacular view of our private beach and of the ocean.

Room Three hundred eight has the best view in the Inn! It has a queen and a twin bed and is bright and airy. The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night. Up to four guests(includes cot) will never want to leave this piece of heaven. Best view of our private beach, Nantucket Sound and beyond!!!

High at the top of the house, nestled off to the side of the third floor is Room Three hundred ten. Cozy with a high rise double bed and has a private bath. A magnificent view of the ocean from the bedroom and bath as well.
