"Just back from a four-night stay in the New Braunfels Cottage, and we all wished we could live there. Perfect location, very comfortable rooms and beds, spotlessly cleaned. We felt very safe, let the grandkids roam around the yard area. The breakfast provided was a perfect start to our busy days. The time and effort that went into the restoration is remarkable, and we absolutely loved the 'antique' feel of those gorgeous wood floors and even the sound of the wood when we walked on them. The Comal Inn is a perfect achievement in adding modern amenities while keeping the authentic feel of the original home. Ms Joni was a wealth of helpfulness and information, she was the first person we saw each morning asking what we might need, or if there was anything at all she could do to make us more comfortable. I highly recommend the Comal Inn for anything that might take you to New Braunfels, even if its only for a little R & R. You will not be disappointed."
