    • Durée minimum: Minimum stay required during certain holiday and festival dates.

    • Arrhes/acompte requis: One-half of your planned stay or minimum of one-night (whichever is more) required to confirm the reservation.

    • Conditions d'annulation: Given the nature of a small business, last minute cancellations and changes to reservations are challenging. In the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel your reservation, we request that you notify us at least 10 days in advance of your reservation to receive a refund of your stated advanced deposit less a $25 handling fee. Within 10 days of the stated arrival date, guests will be responsible for the entire cost of a reservation if a cancellation or modification is required. There is a 21 day cancellation requirement for special event periods and festivals. If a cancellation is a possibility or if you are traveling using commercial airlines, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

      From the South: Rte. 95N into Maine to Exit 44-Rte.295N. Follow 295N ~30m to Exit 28 -Brunswick/Bath Rte. 1N for ~60 miles to Rockland. Take left at 1st light onto Broadway, continue through 2nd light. Talbot Ave is the 4th road on right after 2nd light. Take right on Talbot. Inn will be 2nd house on left. From the North: Rte. 1S into downtown Rockland area where Rte. 1 splits into 2 parallel one-way streets (Main Street and Union Street) one block apart. At the split, follow Rte. 1S, bear right than left around the Rockland Savings Bank. Be in right lane after the split and take 3rd road on right - Talbot Ave. Inn will be ~1.5 blocks on right away from the water.

      Take Rte. 295 North to exit 28, Coastal Rt.1 - Brunswick/Bath. Follow Rt. 1 North directly into Rockland (~60 miles). Rt. 1), follow Broadway through next set of lights (intersection with Limerock) and turn right onto Talbot Avenue (4th road on right after light). Inn will be on the left.
