La salle de Hayes Essie, au troisième étage et dans le cadre de l'avant-toit, dispose d'un lit queen-sized et se trouve sur le côté est de la maison avec les meilleures vues de l'océan et de la plage. Cette chambre confortable possède un bain partagé avec la salle de Bassett Myra.
Appréciez le matin, après-midi et soirées sur ce magnifique wrap-around porche. Déjeuner gourmet est servi sur le portique chaque matin de printemps tardif à travers au début automne.
La salle de Harrington Mary est une chambre grand angle au deuxième étage avec un lit king-sized. Il a des expositions du Sud, l'Ouest et du Nord, afin que le soleil effectivement encapsule la salle et s'étend ces longues journées. Décoré en ivoire doux avec accents en toile rouge et l'épinette, le Mary Harrington a une salle de bain privée avec douche.
La salle de Harrington Marie a un lit King et est décorée dans ivories douces, rouges et l'épinette. Situé au deuxième étage avec Nord, Ouest et l'est de l'exposition, cette salle populaire a windows sur trois côtés où elle permet le soleil après-midi étendre le jour. Le Mary Harrington a une salle de bain privée avec douche.
The Jenny Holden Room is located on the second floor in the back of the house with a south- eastern exposure. There is a queen bed and a large private bath with a tub shower. The room is decorated in soft yellow against dark blue-green walls.
The Hattie Nagle Room is large with a draped, raised king bed with eastern exposure on the second floor. The room is decorated in shades of blue and white against with rich mahogany furniture. It has a cozy private bath with a stall shower.
Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast on the porch every morning in good weather or in the dining room when too chilly or wet.
Breakfast is served on the beautiful wrap-around porch every morning in season.

16 Beach Street est un classique trois étages Englander nouveau style maison construit en 1920 par la famille Perkins. L'intérieur dispose de planchers de bois feuillus tout au long. Nous sommes une petite auberge intime avec cinq chambres. En raison de sa proximité de la plage, l'auberge est décoré comme une maison de la plage de couleurs vives cheery. L'emplacement de l'auberge est idéale. Nos invités ont jamais à revenir dans leurs voitures.... chariot s'arrête juste devant la porte et nous sommes à une distance de marche de grands magasins, de restaurants, de la plage et de la voie marginal. Gourmet plein petits déjeuners sont servis tous les matins.

16 Beach St. gave us everything we were looking for from a B & B—wonderful hospitality, great location, and immaculate! Not to mention the absolutely delicious breakfasts served each morning. We were grateful to Linda for accomodating my husband's dietary needs, too!

This was our first B&B experience and it WILL NOT BE OUR LAST Linda and Dick spoiled us and set the bar for every inn keeper we come across in the future.. They are host and hostess beyond compare. The house is as pictured and I would have to say the pictures do not do justice to how clean and comfortable the whole house is. Location Location Location as stated you truly will not need your car the beach and the best restaurants and shopping in Ogunquit are well with in walking distance and most right out your door. Breakfast was a delicious edible work of art! We arrived expecting the usual and through out our stay each breakfast was not the usual bacon and eggs but blueberry cream cheese bake, citrus crouisant french toast, bungleberry pancake bake and more all preceded by fresh baked scones , cakes and breads and wonderful coffee and teas. Linda and Dick have created an oasis at the beach. Their attitude and personalities are the foundation on which this home rests. It is obvious in every detail that this is truly a labour of love. My husband and I fell in love with 16 Beach Street. Linda and Dick were very friendly, genuine and gracious. Our room was immaculate and we were pleasantly surprised to find a CD player with several relaxing CD's available. Afternoon lemonade and homemade cookies while rocking and relaxing on the front porch was heavenly. We were treated to a superb breakfast on the warm, sunny porch. Very convenient to walks on the beach, browsing the quaint shops and walking the marginal way. Once you park, no need to use the car until you leave.

Get ready for the most wonderful stay ever! Linda and Dick are terrific hosts. The Hattie Nelson room was immaculate, with wonderful decor and fantastic views. Little amenities, like a shower gel and shampoo dispenser built into the shower, were an added benefit for a spur of the moment overnight stay. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. By far, one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed.
