Room 2 is a spacious oceanfront room offering a high four posted king sized bed, full bathroom complete with a lovely porcelain legged vanity, deep soaking tub and picturesque sitting area. This room boasts the Inn’s only private balcony offering guests limitless views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Room 3 is a highly sought-after oceanfront room. This spacious room boasts a beautifully carved, high posted king sized bed, gas fireplace and sitting area with bold ocean views. Guests can unwind in front of a beautiful bay window, containing rippled glass, original to 1895. The full bathroom contains a deep soaking tub and shower to unwind after a nice day.

Room 4 is a moderately sized oceanfront corner room with dynamic views of the Atlantic and President Bush’s home, Walker’s Point. This crisp nautical themed room offers a queen bed, tiled bathroom with stand-alone shower and a quiet sitting area featuring Martha Washington Chairs.

Room 5 is a moderately sized room with a queen sized bed. Guests can enjoy views of the newly landscaped gardens and President’ Bush’s home, Walkers Point from the comfort of their quiet sitting area. This corner room offers spacious accommodations, including a dressing area, bathroom with stand up shower and tiled floor and an open bedroom overlooking the Atlantic.

Room 7 is a medium to large sized room with a cozy atmosphere. The room offers a European style turned queen sized bed and two period diamond pane windows that mostly look out to our blossoming gardens with a limited view of the water beyond. The room features two comfortable club chairs nestled in front of a gas fireplace and a bathroom with stand alone shower and striking antique marble vanity sink, original to the building.

Room 8 is a private room nestled in the back of the Seacrest building. This welcoming room features a queen sized bed, gas fireplace, full bath with oversized tub and a cathedral ceiling with beautifully molded beams intersecting the space. Guests can relax on the day bed overlooking flourishing gardens, President Bush’s home, Walker’s Point and the Atlantic.

Room 21 is an open oceanfront end unit room, closest to the Seacrest building. This beach-themed room features a hand-crafted queen canopy bed built by a local woodworker. This room offers a small sofa and two comfortable club chairs, gas fireplace, private balcony, refrigerator and a full bathroom with a soaking tub.

Room 22 is a spacious oceanfront room with traditional elegance. The room features a hand carved high posted king size bed and two winged chairs in front of the fireplace. The beautiful full bathroom includes unique tile work and a deep soaking tub. Guests can also enjoy their private balcony with great views of the Atlantic.

Room 23 is a large oceanfront room overlooking the Atlantic. This room offers two queen sized beds with beautiful shuttered headboards, a gas fireplace, private balcony and a recently renovated coffered ceiling, reminiscent of the original 1895 ceiling in the Seacrest building. This spacious room is ideal for families and friends traveling together.

Room 24 is a spacious oceanfront room featuring two queen sized beds. The queen headboards are unique to Maine as they were crafted by a local Kennebunkport artist. The room has a full bathroom with deep soaking tub, quaint sitting area in front of a gas fireplace and a private balcony with ongoing views of the Atlantic.

Room 25 is a grand oceanfront room with a high posted king sized bed. The room features comfortable winged chairs in front of a gas fireplace, a full bathroom with soaking tub and an ornate mirror that reflects the ocean views spectacularly. The private balcony allows for an unhindered and unbelievable view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Room 26 is a spacious oceanfront end unit room, furthest from the Seacrest building. This private room decorated in blues and off-whites features Martha Washington chairs, a high posted king sized bed, a gas fireplace, refrigerator and a full bathroom. The room offers a quiet sitting area and extra windows for bright light and breathtaking views of the crashing surf.

Room 27 is a spacious second floor loft offering sublime privacy. The Carriage House is original to the Seacrest building, built in 1895. It is an open room at the top of a long flight of stairs. The height allows for beautiful views out to the horizon line over Rockbound and Seacrest. The room offers a queen sized bed, two sitting areas surrounding a gas fireplace and small deck with a padded love seat atop the stairs. The walk-in bathroom features beautiful cherry hardwood floors, stand up shower and new appliances. This room is perfect for guests looking for extra privacy.
