    Salle de Jade. Dort jusqu'à 4 avec un lit d'appoint. Ancienne chambre principale de la maison.
    Notre salle d'or a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée relié et mini-kitchenette.
    Notre chambre orange dispose d'un lit queen, un lit double et nous pouvons ajouter un appoint dormir 4. Toutes nos chambres ont des micro-ondes et mini-réfrigérateurs.

    This Inn is so warm and inviting. The perfect place to go to get away from everything, but close enough for shopping and dining. The rooms were charming and the hosts wonderful! Breakfast was definitely a treat. This was our 2nd time staying and looking forward to going again! The perfect place with the perfect price!

    Authentic hospitality!

    I stayed here October 2011 to view the fall foliage. The price was very competitive compared to just about everywhere else. Modest rooms, but quaint and down to earth, which is what I was looking for. John, one of the proprietors, is a former Air Force pilot with a no-nonsense attitude. Excellent cantaloupe appetizer and blueberry pancakes! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

    Great value - not far off the beaten path

    Farmstead is in a rural area but is not far removed from Portsmouth NH and Kittery ME. The rooms are small but more than adequate. Breakfast was lovely in a very pretty setting. We were looking for a quiet place to bunk down after touring the very busy cities nearby and we found what we were looking for. It is not luxurious. On the other hand the rates are very good. The property is lovely.

      We are located near the intersection of Route 236 (Dow Highway) and route 101 (Goodwin rd). From the south: Take Exit 3 from I-95. The Exit for The Berwicks. It is a split exit. Take the first part of the exit. This will direct right on to Route 236. Follow this for 6 miles to the 4th traffic light. There is a restaurant at the light called The Roadhouse Tavern. Take a right at the light onto Goodwin Road. We are the second driveway on the right. We also have a driveway on 236. It is the last right before the light. It is a gravel drive.
