    Vous êtes accueillis avec colonnes majestueuse et galeries regal. À l'intérieur, le charme des antebellum de la Nouvelle-Orléans vous entoure. Cette maison Greek Revival grande de la 1850's reflète l'élégance et la décadence de la Louisiane le Créole anciens. Avec des plafonds de 14 pieds exorbitants et Cyprès complexes, artisanale, découpage, votre chambre est un répit de l'agitation de la rue. Certains roi de 4-poster fonctionnalité lits, d'autres taille queen et complet des lits d'appoint. Tous ont des bains privés. Une Cour intime vous invite à vous détendre dans notre spa apaisant entourée de verdure tropicale et pourtant vous êtes près de l'action. Seulement six blocs dans le quartier français, une quinzaine de minutes vous promener à l'énergie non stop de Bourbon Street. Fines restaurants, clubs de jazz célèbre et cafés de trottoir sont littéralement une courte distance à pied de notre porte. Cour de rue royale, où vous êtes à la maison en Nouvelle-Orléans.

    Cannot wait to stay again

    The Royal Street Courtyard is the most beautiful B&B I've ever stayed in. From the moment I walked in Phillip and David made me feel right at home, and their local knowledge is golden. The buildings and surrounds are magnificent. The interiors, impeccable. Just a short stroll into the French Quarter. Couldn't ask for more.

    Who could ask for a better place to stay. I always stay here when I'm in town for a conference, its a nice walk to the riverwalk trolley that drops you off at the convention center and cake cafe is only a block away!

    You'll never want to leave!

    What make this place extraordinary are the owners. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, our hosts made us feel welcome and special. Phillip gave us a house tour, then spent time showing us all the best places to eat and visit, all marked on a map. David is full of information about the town and gives a wonderful history lesson of what life was like in the 1800s when the house was built. It has the look of New Orleans with the balcony and wrought iron railing and the hot tub in the back courtyard is a bonus! Traveling with my 17 year old son, room 12 was perfect for us. It has a sitting room with a futon/bed and TV and a separate bedroom with a pocket door in between. Besides having Wi-Fi available, there is a computer and printer available for guests. Each room has a mini-fridge and there is also a microwave available to all guests. The neighborhood is eclectic and alive with people and we never felt unsafe walking around. Frenchman St. with restaurants and jazz clubs is a short 4 block away and the French Quarters just another few blocks. I could go on and on about this place but the best thing I can say is, "I'll be back."

    A B&B near the jazz clubs and French quarter

    Great location and value if you like to be near some good music and the French quarter all within walking distance. We had a nice room but a bath across hall and would recommend trying to get a in suite bath. Owners were really friendly and helpful on some great eating recommendations. The garden area is great for morning coffee and the place has a great porch and balconies off some rooms.

    Great location; very welcoming hosts

    The Faubourg Marigny neighborhood is a great location to stay in New Orleans- close enough to the action in the French Quarter and also to Frenchmen Street, but far enough away to be quiet, and to experience a real neighborhood. Philip was very welcoming- even as early as my first call with him several months before we arrived. He was very genuine and friendly, and made me look very forward to the visit. We arrived late, so he let us know how to obtain the keys for our room. We were on the second floor; next time, if there's availability (which there wasn't this time), I'd try for one of the rooms with the balconies. The breakfast room provided lots of options for a light breakfast before heading off to other locales. We didn't think of trying breakfast restaurants(as it was a b&B), but were encouraged to do so by Philip. We very much enjoyed the local Cake Cafe, and many of the other recommendations that he graciously wrote down for us on a New Orleans map. His restaurant recommendations were very very helpful, and we enjoyed the restaurants he suggested. David provided some New Orleans history, which was very interesting. We also enjoyed the backyard, with the jacuzzi. It was nice to have 2 separate rooms in our habitation- sitting room and bedroom. The mattress could have used replacing, and it would be great to have a larger bed than the double bed provided. Fantastic location, hosts, and neighborhood. I would stay at Royal Street Courtyard again on another visit to New Orleans.

    Great place to stay

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not far from Frenchmen Street and some great music, and the French Quarter and some great food. Philip's advice about where to eat was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Cliff Uney

Aller au premier signe d'arrêt de trois blocs et prendre à droite sur la rue de l'Espagne. Passez un bloc à la rue royale où nous sommes sur l'angle des rues de l'Espagne et de la Royal. (Incroyablement, moitié les chauffeurs de taxi de l'aéroport ne savent pas dans les rues de la quartier français--même avec un millions de touristes par mois il la rubrique. Donc prêt à diriger leur.) Je suggère d'appel à une société de cabine sur la Nouvelle-Orléans, United Cab. Ils s'assoient sur un stand de cabine, sur la rue de l'aéroport.
