Amaretto French Toast

Ingrédients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Loaf Italian Bread
  • 3/4 cup Half and Half
  • 1/8 cup Amaretto

  1. Cut 8 slices of bread from the loaf of Italian bread, put aside.
  2. Mix eggs, half & half, and amaretto with a wire whisk til well blended.
  3. Dip bread into egg mix, coating both sides.
  4. Brown on hot griddle.
  5. Serve dusted with confectioner's sugar and maple syrup on the side.
