Not Your Granny's Oatmeal

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries

  1. Put all dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Make a well in the center, and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend well
  4. Pour into a greased 9" X 13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with milk and fresh or frozen fruit.
