    Une maison privée, plantation du Bocage, située sur l'ancienne route de rivière 45 minutes de la Nouvelle-Orléans, est toujours ouverts au public pour la première fois. Le Manoir historique unique sur 110 hectares doté d'un grand manoir qui a été construit en 1837. Le Manoir a été complètement restauré à sa splendeur passée avec cinq chambres disponibles pour les invités du jour au lendemain. Ici vous dormirez dans un grand ancien lit, une salle de bains privée moderne et profiter d'une promenade dans le temps lorsque les plantations vie était en pleine floraison. Nous n'avons épargné aucun frais de restauration de chaque détail du Bocage à sa splendeur d'origine.

    We had a lovely visit to a beautiful home. Irena, the Innkeeper was exceptional and made our stay there absolutely fabulous. Breakfast was wonderful and the above and beyond service was just awesome.

    A 60th birthday surprise for me happened at this lovely plantation home! it was an ancestral home of my husband's family and renovated with extreme care to historical details and comfort.

    The Bocage experience will change your life for the better

    Bocage is an experience rather than a tour destination. The experience includes watching the morning light play with the crystal chandeliers and other crystal throughout the house, savoring the quality of furnishings, artwork, decorative objects, enjoying the steam shower and custom mattress and large screen TVs all couched tastefully amid the antiques, being greeted with wine and scrumptious hors d'oeuvres, given a wonderful tour by delightful, interesting guides, being served coffee in the upstairs parlor or upstairs gallery, then being served a delicious breakfast made-to-order in the dining room. The resident chef could not have done a better job or been nicer. We knew we were in a world we thought no longer existed, a gracious, beautiful, pleasing world. We will return!

    My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a weekend get away at Bocage. We were treated like VIP's from the time we arrived until we left. The home was just fabulous and the antique furnishings and artwork were of museum quality. Dr. Rundell wants visitors to relax and enjoy themselves. No ropes over rare antique sofas and chairs is most unusual and a rare treat. We can't wait to find the time to go again.
