Cà Querini est à quelques minutes de marche de la place S. Marco, dans un ancien palais vénitien construit par la noble famille Querini. La vieille maison a été convertie en un bed & breakfast, qui offre l'hospitalité aux invités pour une séjour authentique vénitien. Nous offrons plusieurs studios, avec le prix le moins cher vous pouvez trouver à Venise, à partir de 80 euros par nuit par studio à 100 euros en haute saison. Chaque studio dispose d'une salle de bain privée avec douche, une cuisine complète, téléviseur, pour profiter de votre expérience à Venise en autonomie totale. Tous les studios donnent sur un canal ou d'un jardin privé. Ce B & B est situé en plein coeur de Venise, à proximité du Ponte dei Sospiri et Place San Marco.

My friends and I stayed at the B&B for 3 nights. The location is ideal, about 10 minutes walking distance from San Marcos Square in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in Studio 6, which was more than enough space for 3 people. The rooms were clean, well furnished, and offered wonderful views of the canals and surrounding neighborhood below. The B&B team was very accommodating - the owner met with us and provided us with a map and suggestions of what to do and see. The only issue was the WiFi, which was quite spotty upstairs. Overall, great place to stay for the price!

This apartment met my expectations but did not go above and beyond. The person that greeted us was very nice and and helped answer all of our questions. It was difficult to find the location of the B&B and we got lost a few times trying to find our way back. The room was very clean with all of the basic amenities. The only thing that I suggest is to have automatic lights when someone enters the building upstairs because it is pitch black and hard to find the light to turn it on. Other than that we loved how ancient the building was and the view from our window. Thank you!

Ca'Querini San Marco is found in a very convenient location in Venice. Not far from the main square. The setting was very nice, overlooking a canal. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated. The breakfast was minimal, but we did request some fresh fruit and they were glad to oblige, so we were pleased with that. Overall, the B&B is good value for your money, and we would recommend.

On a quiet backstreet, a modest canal-side mansion still undergoing conversion into simple subdivided B&B rooms with modest kitchenettes. Well located for the Arsenal area. Don't expect anything of the packaged breakfast provisions; we made our own coffee and cooked a simple meal from excellent ingredients bought in nearly shops. My charming wife and I enjoyed a calm, rainy weekend there.

Located in a nice ancient palazzo some could consider it as shabby- we found it extremely charming and exciting. Studio 5 with balcony is fantastic and a beautiful room for such a price! Service was helpful and nice. If you don't need a 24 hour reception and big breakfast it is the most perfect and romantic lace to be - very close to the centre but quiet! We will recommend it to our friends!

Ottimo soggiorno, gentili e disponibili. L'unica pecca ritengo sia stata la colazione, per il resto davvero eccellente. Ve lo consiglio senza dubbio.

Comment venir à la propriété:
De la Piazza S. Marco prendre "Riva degli Schiavoni". Après trois ponts, il ya le presidio militaire, un bâtiment rouge, et juste après ce prendre une route sur la gauche appelée Calle del Dose et atteindre le premier carré qui a deux noms "Campo Bandiera e Moro» ou «della Bragora". Traverser la place sur la diagonale et de prendre une route appelée Salizada S. Antonin. La première route à droite est Calle dell'Arco.
