    With a ten-year experience in hospitality, our family-run inn offers simple, clean and functional rooms. We are in an enviable, exceptionally central location, just a few step away from St. Peter's square, our entrance is right next to the Vatican "Ottaviano" exit of the metro, This position makes us extremely easy to reach by public transport from both Fiumicino and Ciampino International airports, Termini station and the ferry terminal at Civitavecchia. Check-out our rooms with the view of St. Peter's Dome ! We have comfortable single, doubles and family rooms (four or five persons) on the first floor of an historic building accessible either by lift/elevator or stairs. All the main sites of interest are within walking distance, and many of the main connection lines (metro buses) are right there !

    Very Decent, no frills

    We found remarkable, helpful owners. It is a plain good-value for money small inn. Very centrally located. Would advise it to budget-wary visitors.

    A great Christmas trip

    Our Xmas break was really interesting in great Rome. Although this is a no-frills hotel, we discovered during our stay that it is great value-for-money. We were located right in the centre of Rome and could simply walk to everywhere. The staff, Francesca and Franco, were very helpful especially when they helped us recover our lost luggage upon arrival. Would advise this hotel to anybody and will be back during our next Roman trip.
