Jerusalem Estate is a combination of old and new, a stately stone mansion situated on the side of the mountain in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem. Walking up the stone staircase reminds you of the narrow lanes of the old city, and at the end there is a magnificent view of Wadi Lifta and Nahal Sorek. A spacious swimming pool. lawns. pampering suites and hidden nooks are a small part of the vacation possibilities that this place offers. The site is located at 42 Derech Hahoresh (the grove rode), and it is not by coincidence that it is called such. The side of the mountain on which the estate is located is covered with a natural grove of pine trees and ancient oak trees. the Ramot neighborhood, is situated on the northern side of Jerusalem.

My wife, daughter and I spent 5 glorious nights with this wonderful couple. We arrived on erev Sukkot and were immediately invited to join the family for dinner. It was a great beginning to a lovely time. Arbel and her husband are consummate hosts, never intrusive but always willing to help with suggestions for our visits into the city and recommendations for the most interesting eateries and ‘off-the-beaten-track’ places to see. Not only is this a delightful, clean, spacious and modern place to stay but it out of the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to get anywhere in the city within minutes. If you choose a hotel over this B&B not only will you pay more for you stay, but you will miss meeting one of Israel’s nicest couple.
