Bed and Breakfast des Smiths est une maison 1890's lumineux, confortable sur Northside historique de la ville de l'Iowa. Iowa City, salles de sports et Hancher Auditorium du centre-ville sont facilement accessibles. Deux chambres spacieuses au deuxième étage partagent un salon et une grande salle de bain. I have stayed at Smith's B&B three times and wouldn't think of choosing any other B&B of hotel in Iowa City. From the moment I met Mark and Beth they made me feel right at home. I especially love the cozy, lovely basement room. Absolutely no need to look elsewhere.

We have been staying here since May 2010, and wouild never consider going anywhere else. Quiet, nice and clean, Amazing breakfast! Love the granola. Thanks, for everything..you guys are great!

The breakfasts, the accomodations, the conversations, the comfort. One cannot ask for more. I will stay here every time I am in Iowa city. James

The Smith's B&B was the perfect place for us to stay on our recent trip to Iowa City. The room was nice and big, the bed was super comfortable and Mark and Beth were an absolute pleasure. The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown, but not in the noisy student area. Definitely recommended!
