  • La spacieuse salle à manger est décorée avec du papier peint sur bois peinture murale française de Zuber & Cie, dépeignant des scènes début coloniale. Conçu en 1834, le même fond d'écran est à la Maison Blanche présidentielle.
    La salle McGuffey est meublée d'un lit queen en traîneau, armoire et un chiffonnier ancien. Décorées dans des plaids, cette chambre a le charme des Highlands écossais.
    La salle de Wordsworth a un solarium confortable attenante avec un lit bateau peint à la main.
    La salle de Margaret Mitchell a un acajou massif Antilles lit à baldaquin. Katelin "Gone With the Wind" collection décore une salle digne de Tara. La pièce attenante a une fenêtre en baie et un lit simple parfaite pour les personnes supplémentaires.

Nous sommes là quand vous avez besoin de s'éloigner de vous faire revivre ou de se rapprocher de celui que vous aimez. Construit en 1906, il a été autrefois la maison de Joseph Graham, et le constructeur de camions et d'automobiles Giltner Ingleheart des cygnes-Flour Cake bas. Toutes les chambres ont salle de bain privée, lits queen size, une horloge-radio, la télévision par câble numérique et les téléphones.

    Great place in Evansville

    This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast, so I didn't know what to expect. One of the main reasons I stayed here was for the price and for the history. The home is beautiful and I felt right at home with Katelin, Dave, and their little dog. I stayed in the McGuffey room which was very spacious and comfortable. They have wifi and satellite TV, which was nice. Katelin was a gracious host and prepared breakfast for me which included pancakes, eggs, and english biscuits (I'm traditional, what can I say). I enjoyed talking with Dave... both of them seem very interested in history. If you're looking to get away from the chain hotel and stay at a place that feels like home, I can definitely recommend Cool Breeze. I hope to stay again soon on my next visit to Evansville.

    Evansville, IN is so fortunate to have such a beautifully appointed and relaxing B&B in Cool Breeze Estates. Katelyn and David, the owners, were gracious, warm hosts and made my week stay in this Midwestern town enjoyable and relaxing even in my busy work week!

    First ever stay at a B&B so we didn't know what to expect. Our hosts could not have been nicer nor more accomodating.. It was almost like being at home - but better. Obviously I can't speak for other B&B's, but we would not hesitate to stay at this inn on our next trip to Evansville. Thank you David and Caitlin. for sharing your home.

    Winter trip

    We had an excellent stay at Cool Breeze. Katelin & David have a beautiful home, with comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Buffy, the greeter dog, is a gem, happy when we arrived & sad when we left. If we are ever through Southern Indiana again, we will definitely stay here!

    We were told we were booked in one room, but when we arrived we were given a different room. It was OK but not what we wanted.
