Avec 7 salles de bains, baignoire balnéo jet douche bain & de la baignoire. 32 "TV à écran plat et toutes les commodités d'un hôtel. Nous pouvons offrir des mariages autour de l'étang & gazebo ou des retraites dans la salle de conférence. Minutes de l'hôpital de la Ball State University & Ball Memorial UI Health. Nous sommes idéalement situés entre Indianapolis & Ft.Wayne, juste à côté d'I-69.

    On January 27, 2013 my wife and I spent the night at the Mansion at Shaffer Gardens Bed and Breakfast just outside Muncie, Indiana. We celebrated fifty years of marriage with an Alaska land and sea cruise earlier in 2012 and capped off that celebration on the date of our anniversary with a bed and breakfast evening and morning. While in Hawaii, we were told that if we were to take only one helicopter ride it should be on the island Kauai. Our suggestion is; if you are to spend only one night at a bed and breakfast it must be the Mansion at Shaffer Gardens Bed and Breakfast. From our first contact with Sabrina along with Josh giving us a tour of the mansion to the way we were greeted by Roger and Betty allowed us to feel more like friends rather than just guests.

    38 weeks of business travel in 2012 put me in a lot of hotels and B&Bs. The Mansion at Shaffer Gardens was clearly my favorite place to stay. I've been a guest there several times, and have return trips scheduled. They are consistently "outstanding". Of course, The Mansion and Gardens would be a perfect destination for weddings or other social events, but also perfect for corporate retreats or business meetings, which we plan to do in 2013.

    Gorgeous home and top-notch hospitality

    What a lovely B&B - Sabrina Newsome does a wonderful job of making her guests feel right at home. Our stay was one night in the Angel room, which looks out over the expansive front lawn and pond. Upon arrival, we received a tour of the whole mansion. We had a lovely dinner at Vera Mae's Bistro, followed by some peace and quiet reading in the library at the mansion. Sabrina prepared a delicious breakfast the next morning - her hospitality is top-notch. As Muncie is not too far from Indianapolis, if you are staying in Indy, it is worth a night out of your way to spend time in this fabulous house.
