    A couple of gems.

    My wife and I came for a wedding one weekend. We stayed in the Composer house but both houses were great. It was a short walk from the main house but it wasn't too bad. The room was gorgeous; spacious and comfy. Breakfast was delish. I will definitely keep it in mind should I come back to the area again.

    Showers Inn Experience

    The inn is immaculate! We were impressed by the remodel and care that has been taken to preserve this beautiful home. During our stay we enjoyed the courtyard immensely as well as Bloomington's opera, "Farm" and several shops. Heading back to Showers was like heading home- cheerful keepers and the most comfortable night's sleep. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend!

    Best Place to Stay in Bloomington

    I recently made my first visit to Showers Inn and was more than satisfied with my experience. The staff was super friendly and more than willing to accommodate any requests, and the rooms are amazing. Everything is new and top of the line and very well put together, and the iPod dock in the room is a huge bonus. Also, I thought my bed at home was comfortable until I slept at Showers. The setting is probably the best you'll find in Bloomington. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful and there was a wedding party taking pictures there when I was checking in. We stayed on a light weekend, so the breakfast wasn't too expansive but it was pretty tasty and satisfying. Really, I would be surprised if a place provided better service, nicer rooms, and a better setting/views than Showers Inn. I'll definitely be staying there from now on when I visit Bloomington.
