    Salut! Bienvenue à Chicago ! 2 BR Appartement entièrement meublé avec cuisine, salle de bains, véranda et parking. A également le piano droit qui se trouve dans la mélodie et une TV à écran plat LCD de haute définition. Appareils comprennent cuisinière, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Bois franc et plancher de tuile. Grands placards Elfa organisé dans les deux chambres. Emplacement: 2 pâtés de transport par autobus facile du centre-ville (« la boucle »). 10 minutes à pied au supermarché. à 2 km de la nouvelle marque Costco. 5 minutes en voiture de la boucle (downtown Chicago). 10 minutes de route au Soldier Field et un cellulaire (White Sox) champ. Près d'autres grands quartiers de Chicago comme Little Italy et Chinatown. Grands restaurants mexicains authentiques dans la région. Couchage : Lits de pleine grandeur dans chacune des deux chambres et un canapé dans le salon. Lit ont douces housses hypoallergéniques (et imperméable à l'eau) sur les matelas et les oreillers afin d'empêcher les acariens de la poussière et toute autre grossièreté. Vous pouvez utiliser la cuisine entièrement équipée. Je sais une tonne sur la ville - en particulier les restaurants - suis donc heureux de vous fournir l'aide et les recommandations. Bicyclettes peuvent également disponibles pour votre séjour au coût de 10 dollars par vélo par jour. Merci pour regarder ! Et Bienvenue à Chicago !

    The inkeeper was a very nice young man however he needs to be a better host. He asked that I call him with an arrival time. We agreed on 12:30. He was 20 minutes late. We got a tour and grabed the keys. When we retruned breifly he was installing new locks?? We left that time with two sets of keys to assure we would get in. When we got back at 9:30 that night we were shocked to see that he was working on the locks. He apparently left and returned as I'm sure it didn't take all day to install. Minor repairs should be done when the unit is vacant. As far as cleanleness goes I rate this as unsatiffactory. The inkeeper said he just had the place cleaned. We found food, etc in the trap in the kitchen sink. The ceiling fans in each bedroom had a thick layer of dust/dirt. The windows had dirt/dead bugs, etc. I believe that the apartment needs a good "deep" cleaning with general cleaning between each visit. My bed was clean and very comfortable. My daughter was in the other room and was not convencied that her linins were clean. All in all, I would not stay at this location again. Lots of potential. I believe it can and will be a great place to stay. I got the impression that being an inkeeper is new business for our guy. I'm sure improvements will come. .

    Greek French Toast
    I start with a half loaf of local bread from one of my two favorite bakeries. I slice it thick and toast it for just half a moment. Next I whip up a mixture of egg, almond milk, and a touch of olive oil. To that I add a secret dash of flavors which include cinnamon. Next I dredge the now cooled toast through the mixture to soak up all the goodness then I'll drop it in a pan that has heated coconut oil. The toast then gets crispy and yummy on the outside while maintaining a warm and soft center. Once the French Toast is flipped and toasted on both sides, I'll plate it and add the Greek from it's namesake. Whipped Greek yogurt and honey will be dolloped lovingly on top and sprinkled with some chopped almonds. This is a great main dish for breakfast with sides of crispy bacon, fresh fruit and requisite cuppa joe.
