This 100 year old home has been completed renewed on the inside with refinished wood floors and furnished with a talented decorators touch!
This is the comfortable living dining area with adjoining custom kitchen and doorway to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The sofa is also a queen hide-a-bed. There is a DVD player and TV. The private entrance is through the kitchen and parking space in the back, near the picnic area.
This is the early American room done in an peaceful green with dark wood and white accents. It has a queen bed, large closet, dresser with mirror, antique sewing machine, laminate floor and area rugs.
The lavender room is a combination of comforting pastels with light and airy, white accents. It features a queen bed, desk, dresser, and small closet with natural wood floors and area rug.
The bathroom has an modern claw foot tub for the comforting soak or a separate shower as well. Homemade soap and shampoo and blow dryer are provided.
This beautiful custom kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped and ready for your personal culinary delights or for a fully cooked breakfast by Granny's Attic. There is a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and everything you need to cook and serve any meal.
This area was formerly a gift shop but has been expanded into the Bed and Breakfast for your added comforts.
Enjoy the comforts of home in your our private expanded unit which includes the entire main floor. Kick back and relax!
The basement unit includes a comfortable fully equipped kitchen living area, bathroom, and two bedrooms. You can enjoy complete privacy with a separate entrance and comfortable, neat amenities.
The third bedroom on the main floor is perfect for individuals and children. It also includes a trundle bed to expand and sleep three.

Your stay at Granny's Attic Bed & Breakfast will have the privacy of your own unit and the option of a fully cooked breakfast, or full use of the kitchen for your entire stay. There is a picnic table nestled under the mature trees in the back yard. The city park and 3 restaurants are within one block from Granny's Attic. This 100 year old home has been completely remodeled maintaining the integrity of the era and the convenience of today. There are two units available each with a private entrance, living, kitchen, & bathroom. The main floor unit sleeps up to 9 people & the basement unit sleeps 4. Having an entire unit at your disposal works wonderful for families or small groups but can also have the intimate relaxing feel with a reduced rate to accommodate an individual reservation. Malad is a quiet quaint little town with friendly people. There is great fishing, hiking, and outdoor activities in the area. Granny's Attic Bed & Breakfast is a great place when you want to get away for a few days or a peaceful place to rest when passing through the area.

Making the reservation was easy and pleasant. The B and B was comfortable and extremely convenient to everything in town on foot or by car. Check-in was easy. We had a full kitchen and elected to have breakfast on our on. Overall it was a great value, private and perfect for us. WE will stay at Granny's Attic any chance we get!
